I purchased one last year after your excellent review and recommendation. It has become my daily companion for quick access to email, texts, and the web. I mostly use it as an e-reader. It's small and light and can be held up in front of my face while traveling on an airplane or lying in bed before going to sleep. That said, I also bought a refurbished iPad Air 4 which I prefer to use due to the larger screen size when I'm doing more intensive work such as composing longer emails, viewing photos, and interfacing with websites.
I see a lot of folks don’t like the Mini 6. But, my wife absolutely LOVES it! I was concerned when I bought it for her B-Day…but for the FIRST TIME EVER…she uses the iPad more than her phone. She just hated the larger iPads. I guess too heavy for longer use?… but, now, she puts her phone down after work, and goes to the mini. And she uses it all night and even early in the morning for FaceTime calls. So, “jelly scroll” means nothing to her!
I love it too I like the portability because I work a job that walks a lot and I don’t know of any tablet with this much power at this size. Not much of an apple guy but android has nothing like this and for content and reading this is perfect.
I just bought mine this weekend after having an iPad pro 11" and I'm really enjoying more my iPad Mini mostly because of its size and portability, it really feels like the right complement for my daily tasks
I went from the Air 4 to the Mini 6 and I'm really impressed. I mainly use my Desktop computer for long sessions of web surfing and video watching but whenever I want to just chill on my bed or the couch, or even outside, I pick up the iPad Mini 6.
Great review. I just bought one a week ago after having a second generation iPad Pro. Too big to be portable and never used it like I thought I would. Already using the mini for every day business use and don’t miss the big screen. Bigger isn’t always better.
I love my iPad Mini 6. I got it a year ago to use for classes (I’m an interior design student) and also for home use. It’s shown its inability to keep up with big tasks, and I can see lag when opening files now. It was definitely not made for graphically, and large data, demanding work flows. At the start though, it was a perfect fit. I wish it was more powerful. I made the decision to upgrade to the iPad Pro M2 just this week. It is so much better, and I can tell the device is made to last. My advice for designers and students, is to get a stronger iPad than the Mini. The Mini is not going to last you that long. It’s got a planned obsolescence.

I use mine for graphic design and photography and video editing while yes there is lag here and there it is very fast and smooth gaming is very nice on it it just chews threw games like nothing.but I guess you kinda have a point
The iPad mini 6 is the hidden gem in the iPad line up. I’m currently rocking an iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11” but seriously considering downgrading both to the Pro and iPad Mini models for a more pocket/bag friendly carry. And you’re right Mark, a keyboard case would seal it for me.
I have the iPad mini, iPad pro 11" and iPhone 13 pro max. Each has its own credit. If you don't need a big ipad, just get the mini but keep the iPhone pro max as the camera functions cannot be replaced by the mini.
Just got a 256gb one from Currys at less than the pre increase Apple price plus a pencil 2 from Amazon at a much cheaper price too. Saved about £200. My mini 2 has been great for 7 years but now more and more apps won’t work with it. Use case for me is: I’m an engineering lecturer and use MacBook Pros, studio displays, the great 10.5 iPad Pro with Smart Keyboard and the Logitech combo keyboard case but boy is that heavy to use in class, on my travels and around the Uni where I hold it for talk notes etc. My 13 pro phone is superb for making films etc but I need something light but easy to read and write with. As I travel an hour each way on a bus to work I wanted the mini for reading papers, books, Apple notes etc and the mini is ideal for this. I take my current mini 2 on trips to London or overseas because it fits in my coat pocket and weighs nothing. My friend and I tried to keep an eye on a Champions league match whilst doing a pub quiz the other week on my iPhone 13. Screen was too small to share on the table. So in summary, having a small light high quality iPad that fits in my jacket pocket but is large enough to read equations and diagrams is a boon. Part work part personal use case. Finally my son, an IT pro, thinks it could be the last mini as phones are getting bigger and many people will now go for the iphone 14 max as a hybrid/compromise. But there is no pen support for that. I sat on the fence for a few days as it still cost £700 with the pencil so haven’t taken the plunge and opened the box. I will do this weekend based on your reviews and will take it on the train to London next weekend as the World Cup kicks off and there is no TV in my favourite little pub near the British Museum so I will stream England via my iPhone.
When I heard whispers of this design, I thought “damn, that would be the perfect device.” And fortunately, to me, it ended up being just that. I love the iPad Mini to pieces. I have never used an Apple product as much as I use the Mini, and I own a shload of the ecosystem.
Just got a new iPad mini 6 last week. I got it primarily for notetaking, but it has soooo much more to offer. I based my decision on your video's about the mini so thank you for that :) Ordered the paperlike as well.
The iPad works amazingly the box came a little dirty, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA no plastic wrap, but the box was sealed and had everything else in the box along with the wrapping, the iPad itself is gorgeous, I got the yellow 64g game storage is good for me along with Socials and school stuff. No scratches or marks came with the charger and box fast speed, and if you are buying a pen get the 1st gen don’t make the mistake I did !!
The iPad mini is underrated. Out of all of the iPads right now, this is by far my favorite iPad. While it is a great device, there are three things I want to see on the next iPad mini. I would like to see ProMotion, FaceID, and more RAM.
I upgraded to the Mini 6 from the Mini 4 a couple months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The only minor flaw with it is the screen refresh orientation change that causes the jelly effect, but that’s so minor it doesn’t matter…just an observation. Years ago I started with Android tablets but have had three iPads since I gave up on them. I checked them out again before buying the Mini 6 and they’re much more competitive, but not for the same money as the Mini 6. I still don’t like the Apple notifications but it’s not a big deal on a tablet since my Android phone is usually nearby.
I had the air 4 when it first come out just couldn’t get on with it to big for me uncomfortable after long use so I took it back and got the iPad mini 6 I’ve have the mini for 9 months now and I use It every day! By far the best size tablet for a true tablet experience
I still love my iPad mini. I’ve completely forgotten about jelly scrolling (though I do mostly use the iPad mini in landscape). I agree that it definitely needs a magic keyboard. I think the next generation should get a version of the new iPad’s magic keyboard and kickstand. I’d also love to see kickstand covers released for all of the iPads separate from the magic keyboard.
On my previous post, I tried to add an image of the Amazon listing for the Arteck Keyboard Case for the ipad mini 6, but it only came out with a code. I think the Arteck case is the best keyboard case solution available for the ipad mini 6. It’s also a steal for the price. It makes the ipad heavier, but it is still very small. It protects the ipad very well. There is a slight lag when the keyboard has been asleep and you first start typing, but it is easy to deal with. Recommended.
Love my Mini 6 but after a year I am wanting just a bit more. Eek out a bit more screen real estate (9”) even if that means a slightly bigger chassis. Brighter faster refresh rate screen. Mini - LED or OLED.
I loved this product so much its all i carry now...no phone just ipad..its my car stereo, my tv, email texting calls everything..i got the 256 lte version with tmobile and who knows when ill buy a phone again
Until the iPad update debacle two weeks ago, I’d been leaning towards a base 11” iPad Pro to replace my eight year old iPad Air 2 but that thought process has now been scrubbed. My iPad Air 2 has given me fantastic service nearly every day but I’ve turned my thoughts heavily to this iPad Mini 6, in no small part due to your reviews, deliberations and recommendations. The one thing that grinds me is the base 64gb storage. My existing iPad has been hovering near its 64 gb capacity for quite a while and I’m constantly having to delete stuff. In Canada it’s another C$200 for 256 gb. I’m almost there but, yeah, it gets expensive. Great work. Thanks.
Just pick one up yesterday. Love it so much. I bought it to write scripts for my comic strip. Love the size of it more than my iPad Pro I was using. It feels like I’ll be more likely to pick it up rather than just using my iPhone. I remember standing in line when the first iPad mini was released. Always loved the mini line up. Even though I write a lot I have no use for a keyboard as I love typing on the screen especially on a device this size. iPad Pro was a little too big for that
Thanks for the review! You confirmed what I was thinking when I took advantage of a CyberMonday deal, and ordered a Mini 6 w/cell function to use during extended travel in remote parts of Baja California MX in 2023. I'll be picking it up in a few days, now pre-planning & searching for accessory advice & deals. This will be my first time using a cellular model. However, it will be my 3rd Mini in 10 years- all purchased primarily for extended travel: A Mini 1 (2013) was used for a few weeks in Europe (attracted a lot of curious stares at the time), followed by many trips into Mexico. My travel companion also bought one- we loved the size, weight, and ease of use. It wasn't until a holiday trip to Amsterdam in 2016 that the processor really began struggling with IOS updates. That lead to a Mini 4 that was used intensively for 2 weeks in NZ (2018). Both have worked flawlessly- I can't imagine traveling with anything else. I can carry a Mini in one hand, it fits easily into small bags/purse, allowed for comfortable inflight movie streaming/email work etc. on long flights- without taking up the entire seat back tray- and even fits in a large pocket in situations where backpacks/large bags are not allowed (a possibility in some museum venues). All this is possible with the quality & capability of much larger devices. Finally- I agree: a magic keyboard would be very useful. (I've used Zagg products while waiting for that to happen) May also get the pencil & try the paper screen cover you mention, for scribbling field notes. (I use Notes every day, and love that the Information is available on all my Apple devices as I move from one location/tablet/phone/Imac to another.) Thanks again for a very helpful review- have a healthy, happy holiday season!
Looking at grabbing one of these for art, I'm a digital artist and got a dedicated laptop and $300 drawing tablet. Yet however I find it constraining since I'm hardly at home with a full-time job, between work and family life I don't have as many hours as I'd like to have drawing. So being able to draw on the go like I used to with my sketch books would be fantastic, chilling at work off the clock and drawing for an hour before I head home sounds appealing since I live relatively far away. Plus, I plan to get into trucking, a career where you basically live on the road anyway. Your video has been helpful for me, originally, I was going to get the Ipad Pro 12.9, but it seems too clunky to just grab and go. The mini is more like a beefed-out phone than a tablet. If anything, it'd be great for reading and movies, or perhaps even UA-cam.
I really wish there was a decent folio keyboard for the mini 6, but the Huo folio case with keyboard has been working decent so far. I find I do not use the pencil very much. With my iPhone and iPad mini 6, they are my go to on my commutes and short vacations for tech use.
I’m still using the iPad mini 5 and still loving it. I don’t think the 6 is much of an upgrade (I don’t play games and I haves MacBook Pro and a Mac mini for other work) but if my mini 5 becomes unusable, I’ll definitely consider buying the mini 6 or whatever new version in the mini form factor. The only gripe is it’s pretty expensive for what it is. Apple should lower the price of the current version, or add some pro features for a premium version. I mean 64gb base model? That’s really ridiculous.
I have had the iPad mini since it came out last year. I had an old iPad mini (generation 2) so it was certainly time to replace it. I got it with the notion that I would replace my iPhone XS Max with an iPhone mini. That didn’t happen. I use the iPad mini constantly and have no complaints about it. I think it’s the perfect size. Instead of buying a new phone I decided to invest in the Pitaka iPad mini stand and case. What a game changer. It was a wise decision and I’m so glad I waited until Pitaka came up with this design. Love love it.
Love it! Mini 6 cell here. Bersem paperfeel and a slim case that doesn’t block the port. Pro Motion is for, well, “Pro”. No keyboard, it entirely defeats the purpose of a small, light, portable, Tablet. It’s the size of a journal … And yeah, a keyboard would make you seem weird, as well it should. 😅 It already has one.
Smartphone is more private and I cannot simply give my smartphone to a client and explain about my products or services. Whereas I can easily share my iPad mini 6 with my client to discuss about the project and its really helpful during client meetings apart for my daily grinds.
I love my iPad mini 6 and your reviews about it helped me buy it months ago back in April! I use it everyday and arguably more than my iPhone. It’s a perfect content consumption device
Absolutely it’s still worth it but not brand new here in the uk with the £100 price increase but people are selling them as cheap as 300 online so absolutely and it’s definitely my favourite IPad I use this thing more than my Z fold 4
My suggestion to the next Mini: have the 128gb option please! I bought the 256gb at first with high hopes for this iPad. However, after using it for 2 weeks, I noticed too many little things that makes this iPad somewhat annoying and only useful for media consumption, reading, note taking and gaming. I do love the portability so in the end I got the 64gb cause it’s not worth 200$ more for storage that I probably won’t need. I think it should be enough for my usage, but gosh 128gb would be much more future proof.
I love my Mini 6, I got it day one and it's been my constant companion. Reading, watching videos, browsing are all amazing but the thing that surprised me most is how great gaming is on it. It could easily be a Nintendo Switch killer. Another was reading comics, I spent a week on the beach with the comics downloaded from the Library this Summer.
Great video post. You’ve made me reconsider buying another one, as well as using your links for that charging case. Paper like is the only way to go. Solid since launch.
I'm a student and I still like using my iPad mini 6 in amphitheatre, when I just have to type notes or take pictures without getting caught (instead of copying charts and schemas entirely 😅), but I'm originally a laptop user and I think that according to my own experience, the iPad mini is definitely too limited. No keyboard, no USB port, I cannot have more than three apps opened at the same time, so of course it helps you to stay focused, but honestly, when you only have only three apps, it means that you have to open more windows in your browser and the browsers are not optimised to switch between apps and browser's websites, that's why a laptop will finally always be better for me than an iPad
this is a bad comparison really. the ipad mini was never trying to replace laptops (unlike some of the larger models) it’s supposed to be a tablet and it functions incredibly well as one
Brilliant input. I like mine a yr later as well. If in a new 7, & I’d trade it up for it, I’d like to see more pro specs , OLED, Thunderbolt, more RAM & storage. We have plenty of bigger but basic, why not smaller but pro? I’d love to see a multi view, split screen better formate’s for portable but for workflow. My only dislike I can find is the lack of font & formatting for the compact size. It’s either a giant iPhone or srunken big iPad.
On my list but may hold off for Ipad mini 7 I am still using my Ipad mini 2.....battery life not great and some websites don’t load but still going! Great video as always...
HI Mark. I had my iPad mini 6 delivered TODAY. (good timing on posting this video ☺) I have the same spec as you, 64gb in starlight. I chose starlight as it was the closest colour to my MBA M2 (silver). To be honest they look very close in colour. I have a paperlike screen protector on the way too. I didn't realise that it was a new version 👍🏻 I'm going to use the iPad mini for sofa reading. For taking notes, writing down list, ideas and thoughts. Thanks again for all the helpful advice you give on your channel.
a) I cannot believe it’s been a year since the Mini 6; b) I’m still rocking my Mini 5 and it’s still going strong; c) I’d definitely get the mini 6 if I didn’t have the 5, but I’m praying for a pro-version Mini, or at least with ProMotion and better cameras for content creation - that would make me say TAKE MY MONEY. I did get the Air end of last year, and while it’s great on the magic keyboard for getting work done, it’s the Mini that is always in my hand, more so than my phone.
@@mojochopper Turns out my paper like did arrive. I just didn't realize because the link for tracking didn't show any information on when it would arrive, but it did arrive in just a week or so.
I watched your video like 5 times or more and still don’t know wich one to get as I’m on a budget I can get a refurbished IPad mini for 400euro and an iPad 10 gen for 350euro. So my question is wich one to get!?😅 I’m back and forth as I don't really know as it's my first time getting and iPad as l'm a singer I need a device that plays my backing tracks while I'm singing as I don't want to bring my MacBook all the time as it's big and heavy and may break due to audience dancing at my shows so on. And I would love to try start to learn drawing and make notes and plan my days with it. So it's not for long travels just to my hotel venues. So I’m not sure wich of the 2 would be best as I’m worried the iPad mini is too small but it supports Apple Pencil 2 wich I like. What would you recommend? Please help 😅❤️🙏😩 Thank you so much your videos really help.
Next month is my one year anniversary with my iPad mini 6. Been using it as my digital notepad, e-reader, and youtube bingeing. Absolutely love it and the only thing that is missing is a Magic Keyboard. I feel like Apple kinda doesn’t really care that much about iPad mini. The only accessories available for it from Apple is the smart folio, it also doesn’t support stage manager despite being in the market for less than a year. I know that stage manager and Magic Keyboard sound ridiculous on the mini smaller screen but at least for a device that doesn’t positioned as an “entry level”, having the option would be nice. With Apple discontinued the mini iPhone line, I wouldn’t be surprised either if apple will only update iPad mini occasionally just to keep the very niche user base happy. Which is a bummer since I use both devices and absolutely enjoying every little thing about them.
Though my need for my iPad Mini 6 has made it fall into disuse lately - I 100% agree w/ all the points you make for it. And it's just lovely how many reviews you've done for this one product - genuine love. Thanks Mark for another super enjoyable review.
@@decriptedperson4516 I was hoping to use it at work, as I am a carpenter, and often times need to draw things up or just plain write things down. But even at this size it just wasn’t practical. I do love to just use it from time to time to draw in, and am very happy that version two of the pencil is always powered up.
@@1young-geezer wait why would it fall into disuse isn't it easier to carry around and it should be draw able and writable it isn't as small as a phone ???
@@decriptedperson4516 Well that's what I'd hoped. But I work on site, new construction, dirt dust and slippery fingers (unscrupulous workers) made it unthinkable to put it down for any time in this chaotic environment. And mind you, I'm wearing a tool vest and tools dangling and full pockets. So I just couldn't keep handy, laying it anywhere like a note pad of cheap paper. Alas. I had initial high hopes, but my main use case was not to be. I use it elsewhere occasionally, and it is a MOST lovely device and perfect size nonetheless.
Totally agree! It's the best and most brilliant iPad ever - mobility, simplest to use, and perfect for my use case. Thank you for your video! BTW the Pitaka case looks really good!
I just picked one up last week. My partner spent five minutes with it, and immediately wanted to buy her own. Tbh, this is just the right tablet for me in so many ways. Would I love a better battery and ProMotion display? Sure. Do I especially want to pay for those features? Not really.
I love my mini. It’s just a pick up and use type product. Fast enough, perfect size. Had mine a year and I’m still delighted No jelly scrolling at all. It’s the perfect tablet
Just received an iPad mini 6 today and it was WAY smaller than I thought it would be.. it’s barely bigger than my 13pro max. Immediately put it back and retuned, I’m sure it’s a great device and will serve purpose to others but not for me unfortunately. Just ordered a iPad 10.
Yep still have it and no plans to ditch it…its my media content user and note taker…i use a 2018/19 iPad Pro as my ‘computer’ and productivity tool……mini compliments my iPhone 13 mini rather nicely….i DONT want a magic keyboard with it …also have not set it up to receive pesky emails!
I like the physical size of it, but all the software is for a full size I pad. I have a terrible time with web browsing on my IPad Mini and other apps which are a breeeze with a PC.
Love the Mini 6! Only complaint is battery life. I frequently end the day with 30% or less. Some apps aren’t formfitted properly but negligible annoyances. The mini is more portable.
I use the 12.9 M1 Pro for work. I use the 6 Mini for about anything else. I wish the 12.9 M1 Pro had touch ID, because I hate picking it up. I wish the 6 Mini had Face ID, because I do pick it up.
Another terrific video that had high production values and insight. I don't have this and refuse to purchase for a two reasons: 1-lack of exciting colors. no chance i want a silver anything from Apple anymore 2-no magic keyboard option. i just know users will want to type out notes or emails and not being able to do so is a huge negative
Just convinced myself to sell the mini maybe I need more time on it, i find it hard going down from the 12.9 pro the screen change both in size and clarity is massive
I use a Remarkable 2 as my digital notebook. I have a large iPhone for anything I cannot do on my iMac Pro or TV. I still have no idea why I would want an iPad at all - never mind how many versions they make!
I’m still loving my iPad mini bought last September. Hey Mark, I disagree with you on putting Face ID on mini. NO, NO, NO ! Touch ID on the power button is the best strategic move done by Apple post Steve Job 😂
I love mine. I just wish there was a foldable or expanded screen iPad. I have an iPad mini 6th gen and 11th gen pro. One is too big to handle and one is too small to write on lol. So I have both mainly using the mini for most things. And iPad for writing and work.
I could not agree more to be honest, I love mine. Funny thing is I never understood the concept of a mini, but after trying it in a store, it made perfect sense.
Hi Mark, Thank you for your work ! I didn't manage to find the answer by myself in the comments, would you tell us what is this led bar you move at the beginning of the video ? Thanks again !
Love mine, only gripe is the battery life is average at best. I would also like to see face ID, 120hrz and a better battery next time they do an update.
Who's rocking an iPad mini 6 one year later? What's your favourite thing about it?

I love my iPad mini and often use it for illustrating (I mainly use iPad Pro) but the Mini is so light and easy to take everywhere
Love my IPad mini 6. It is basically my computer , an extra phone and overall, with my IPhone and Apple Watch, completes all my tech needs
I’ve switched to the IPad mini 6 from the IPad Pro 11”. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made
Just bought one for my daughter this month and she loves it. Got myself the new 11” pro as well.
Jelly scrolling is on almost everything you’ve just got to look hard enough it’s not even an issue
I haven’t noticed the jelly scrolling. I only bought the iPad mini 6 last week because I thought jelly scrolling would be a problem.
I have same feelings about lack of 120Hz and Face ID 😢 My next ‘mini’ definitely should have it!
I immediately went and ordered one. I love it so much and I literally bring it everywhere I go.
This is the iPad mini Content I have been waiting for! I love my iPad mini!❤
I use mine daily. And I'm blessed to own a zfold 4. Still like my iPad mini 6.
Love my Mini 6 but after a year I am wanting just a bit more. Eek out a bit more screen real estate (9”) even if that means a slightly bigger chassis. Brighter faster refresh rate screen. Mini - LED or OLED.
Enjoyed the review. I’m still using my mini 2017! Might upgrade next year.
(I use Notes every day, and love that the Information is available on all my Apple devices as I move from one location/tablet/phone/Imac to another.)
Thanks again for a very helpful review- have a healthy, happy holiday season!
Thanks for such a lovely comment!
I bought my iPad mini 6 a year ago, and I absolutely love it! I use it everyday it’s the best option for me and love the portability.
I tried the paper like but hated it. It totally changed the screen vibrancy. Hopefully the new paper like has been improved.
I’m really enjoying your channel your making great vids
I'm really enjoying this comment
Lol Switch killer
The mini 6 is my all time favorite iPad of all time.
Best tablet for portability hands down.
Great video post. You’ve made me reconsider buying another one, as well as using your links for that charging case. Paper like is the only way to go. Solid since launch.
Hi Mark! Really looking for some of your new videos talking about Final Cut Pro on the iPad😊
8" tablets are the ideal size IME. The bigger ones are just too awkward and heavy to hold for long periods.
I use it primarily as an ereader. I’ve read more since I got it, about two weeks ago, Than I did the year leading up to it. I did have a kindle.
how's the battery life as an ereader? what your fave app? thats what I'd want to use it for too. with epubs
I just sold my 2018 11" Pro to buy the Mini 6. I'm really looking forward to the portability
HI Mark. I had my iPad mini 6 delivered TODAY.
(good timing on posting this video ☺)
I have the same spec as you, 64gb in starlight.
I chose starlight as it was the closest colour to my MBA M2 (silver). To be honest they look very close in colour. I have a paperlike screen protector on the way too. I didn't realise that it was a new version 👍🏻
I'm going to use the iPad mini for sofa reading. For taking notes, writing down list, ideas and thoughts. Thanks again for all the helpful advice you give on your channel.
Thanks for such a lovely comment!
Fuckk you. I wanted the starlight one too !!! It was outta stock
a) I cannot believe it’s been a year since the Mini 6; b) I’m still rocking my Mini 5 and it’s still going strong; c) I’d definitely get the mini 6 if I didn’t have the 5, but I’m praying for a pro-version Mini, or at least with ProMotion and better cameras for content creation - that would make me say TAKE MY MONEY. I did get the Air end of last year, and while it’s great on the magic keyboard for getting work done, it’s the Mini that is always in my hand, more so than my phone.
Get an upgrade bruh !! 😂. The 5 ?!
Would love to see a keyboard folio on a new mini to be honest. Thanks for the update🙏🏻👍🏻
Not just me, then!
I agree that I like the paper like and ordered a set for my iPad Pro but its taking so long to get delivered.
That’s my main reason for not ordering their screen protector. Installation difficulties is a factor as well.
Do you suggest the buying nowaday? I'm really interested to it! Thanks
Love the stand. A sweet item.
Though my need for my iPad Mini 6 has made it fall into disuse lately - I 100% agree w/ all the points you make for it. And it's just lovely how many reviews you've done for this one product - genuine love. Thanks Mark for another super enjoyable review.
What need made it disuse?
Glad you like it!
Had mine a year and I’m still delighted
No jelly scrolling at all.
Just ordered a iPad 10.
yes, Mark, all on point. Why not make a session on Ipad Mini 6 in combo with Iphone 13 mini?
iPad mini 6 is a great little iPad, I’ve had mine since release day. I’d like to see the camera moved to landscape on the 7
Yep still have it and no plans to ditch it…its my media content user and note taker…i use a 2018/19 iPad Pro as my ‘computer’ and productivity tool……mini compliments my iPhone 13 mini rather nicely….i DONT want a magic keyboard with it …also have not set it up to receive pesky emails!
Epic review. Very interesting as I use my iPad when I'm away when working. keep up the great work 👍
Thanks! 👍
i think about, Air 5 or Mini 6? is LR possible with the Mini and a external Monitor?
Even I don't own a iPad but i love watching your videos
Thank you!
It is okay to put paperlike over a tempered glass?
Another great video mate, still loving mine
Nice! Thank you!
Currently own a 2021 iPad Pro 11. Plan to pick up a Mini 6 for travel when it goes on sale...
Excellent video. Thank you!
Hands down my favorite tablet. I would love a pro version.
Mini is perfect for me. MacBook Pro or 13" Linux based Dell for creation, Mini for Consumption and pro iPhone for portability
I use the 12.9 M1 Pro for work.
I use the 6 Mini for about anything else.
I wish the 12.9 M1 Pro had touch ID, because I hate picking it up.
I wish the 6 Mini had Face ID, because I do pick it up.
Great video mate one question do you think it be good for video and photo editing???
Fabulous assessment here. Also a big fan of this mini. Agree- a perfect keyboard, sans track pad, would make it 100% great.
Thanks!!
You also get the A15 chip, the same one that currently in the Standard iPhone 14 !
Another terrific video that had high production values and insight.
I don't have this and refuse to purchase for a two reasons:
1-lack of exciting colors. no chance i want a silver anything from Apple anymore
2-no magic keyboard option. i just know users will want to type out notes or emails and not being able to do so is a huge negative
Thank you!
Touch ID on the power button is the best strategic move done by Apple post Steve Job 😂
which is better Display than ipad air 5 with ipad 6 mini has high pixel per inch... what do you think??
I mainly use my 11” IPad Pro. The iPad mini is used as a slightly larger screen on the go.
Great review. Your energy about the iPad Mini convinced me to leave the iPad Pro for a more handy and much lighter Mini!
Thanks, Patrick!
Can we use external hard drive through usb c port
I love mine. I just wish there was a foldable or expanded screen iPad. I have an iPad mini 6th gen and 11th gen pro. One is too big to handle and one is too small to write on lol. So I have both mainly using the mini for most things. And iPad for writing and work.
I could not agree more to be honest, I love mine. Funny thing is I never understood the concept of a mini, but after trying it in a store, it made perfect sense.
This is a device where everyone has a personal use case. If it suits you, it will be perfect.
Hi Mark, Thank you for your work ! I didn't manage to find the answer by myself in the comments, would you tell us what is this led bar you move at the beginning of the video ? Thanks again !
I love mine. I use it for just about everything, I even use it with my Magic Keyboard to type documents on the go.
Love mine, only gripe is the battery life is average at best. I would also like to see face ID, 120hrz and a better battery next time they do an update.
