These are FANTASTIC core exercises for posture, but it's crucial that you also supplement with the right stretches as well. I highly recommend you check out this video as well: ua-cam.com/video/mkbNJKiWNlI/v-deo.html for a more-complete treatment approach. Hope these help! Comment your experience down below and let me know how I can help. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Jared is there any way to donate to your channel? I swear your videos have been the best help ive received. I found you after my first diagnosis of sciatica a few years ago when i was 50, which was so bad i had to stop my work as a hairstylist. Next came a shoulder impingement about a little over a year ago, i ended up getting the cortisone shot and Meloxicam drug with no relief. About 6 months ago after suffering with what i thought was back pain and insisting that my dr finally do an mri and xrays for a proper diagnosis i have been told i have osteoarthritis in my hips and a host of disc problems. I was sent to physical therapy twice a week with little to no relief and paying out of pocket. After realizing it was up to me to find help on my own i found your videos, some for each problem i was having, they have been a God send. I can do hair again for a limited amount of hours a day, i have gotten back to doing outdoor activities which i stopped doing because i never knew when i would get to the point i couldn't walk back. I feel so blessed to be getting all this for free, when i was paying someone for nothing. Thank you so much.

@Tone and Tighten Hello, since I’m a sprinter it’s mandatory for me to strengthen my lower body muscles, I stretch them as well. Usually ATP can be caused by weakness from the lower body muscles but I don’t, yet I still have right hip flexors. They’re so tight that they fling up in the air when doing the right hip flexor test. It’s very uncomfortable and frustrating. I’ve been suffering for months as it affects my whole body. My abs and glutes are very strong including hamstrings, etc. But my tight hips continue to pull my lumbar spine back. There are even circumstances where stretching actually makes things worse. I really need help.

@Tone and Tighten I can’t even fully extend my legs back when u run because they’re so tight and I don’t even know what to do. No one really takes me seriously or understand what I’m really going through and it’s extremely frustrating.

I just want to say that I have lower back pain and spend over $3k at chiropractic but nothing helped me. Then I started to have pain in left hip running down the leg and I couldn’t even seat down. So one day I was searching on you tube and found one off your videos for pelvic tilt. Tell you what I put video on tv and did those straches and wowww looks like someone took 1000lb off your back. Just want to thank you very much what you do and show us wish you all the best sir Thank you again! Been watching you ever since. My English is not perfect. ❤️👍

I went to 3 Chiropractors, 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Primary Care physicians, and 1 Osteopath, and none of them diagnosed me with APT. After seeing your video, I focused on glute and core exercises and changed my posture whenever I could stay focused. Within a week, my back pain was gone and my back muscles were much looser. I know it will take a while for it to be permanent, but it's nice to finally know what has been wrong with me for the past decade.

Would you be able to give something pre- this work out. As a person who has had an extremely tight pelvic tilt all my life up until I started Pilates it was impossible to do these movements without my lower back coming off the floor. In fact attempting it so many times with so many different trainers caused me many problems. They just never understood what was going on. Also a person with this problem cannot plank because they are being pulled in the opposite direction. Thanks for all your great videos I really appreciate them and find them very helpful.

Respectfully, as a fellow Therapist and S&C Coach - the bilateral reverse crunch is way too advanced. An individual with increased lordosis would not be able to stabilise and maintain a posterior pelvic position. An athlete with a neutral aligned spine would find this challenging!
