These are FANTASTIC core exercises for posture, but it's crucial that you also supplement with the right stretches as well. I highly recommend you check out this video as well: ua-cam.com/video/mkbNJKiWNlI/v-deo.html for a more-complete treatment approach. Hope these help! Comment your experience down below and let me know how I can help. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Jared is there any way to donate to your channel? I swear your videos have been the best help ive received. I found you after my first diagnosis of sciatica a few years ago when i was 50, which was so bad i had to stop my work as a hairstylist. Next came a shoulder impingement about a little over a year ago, i ended up getting the cortisone shot and Meloxicam drug with no relief. About 6 months ago after suffering with what i thought was back pain and insisting that my dr finally do an mri and xrays for a proper diagnosis i have been told i have osteoarthritis in my hips and a host of disc problems. I was sent to physical therapy twice a week with little to no relief and paying out of pocket. After realizing it was up to me to find help on my own i found your videos, some for each problem i was having, they have been a God send. I can do hair again for a limited amount of hours a day, i have gotten back to doing outdoor activities which i stopped doing because i never knew when i would get to the point i couldn't walk back. I feel so blessed to be getting all this for free, when i was paying someone for nothing. Thank you so much.
@Tone and Tighten Hello, since I’m a sprinter it’s mandatory for me to strengthen my lower body muscles, I stretch them as well. Usually ATP can be caused by weakness from the lower body muscles but I don’t, yet I still have right hip flexors. They’re so tight that they fling up in the air when doing the right hip flexor test. It’s very uncomfortable and frustrating. I’ve been suffering for months as it affects my whole body. My abs and glutes are very strong including hamstrings, etc. But my tight hips continue to pull my lumbar spine back. There are even circumstances where stretching actually makes things worse. I really need help.
@Tone and Tighten I can’t even fully extend my legs back when u run because they’re so tight and I don’t even know what to do. No one really takes me seriously or understand what I’m really going through and it’s extremely frustrating.
I just want to say that I have lower back pain and spend over $3k at chiropractic but nothing helped me. Then I started to have pain in left hip running down the leg and I couldn’t even seat down. So one day I was searching on you tube and found one off your videos for pelvic tilt. Tell you what I put video on tv and did those straches and wowww looks like someone took 1000lb off your back. Just want to thank you very much what you do and show us wish you all the best sir Thank you again! Been watching you ever since. My English is not perfect. ❤️👍
Oh this is such a great story, Duamax904! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me and letting me know! I hope you continue to find relief as you progress towards your goals.
I went to 3 Chiropractors, 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Primary Care physicians, and 1 Osteopath, and none of them diagnosed me with APT. After seeing your video, I focused on glute and core exercises and changed my posture whenever I could stay focused. Within a week, my back pain was gone and my back muscles were much looser. I know it will take a while for it to be permanent, but it's nice to finally know what has been wrong with me for the past decade.
These exercises seem so simple at first, but I am feeling it, exactly where I need to be feeling it. Thank you for equipping me with skills and vocabulary to address my anterior pelvic tilt. See ya tomorrow.
Listen. You have no idea (you probably do which is why you posted it) how QUICK this helped my posture. Idk if it’s because I’ve been working my hips more…and mentally trying to push my pelvis forward and contract my abs when I walk for a while now but these exercises just made it so much easier
I tried his previous anterior exercises, which had two parts, and that helped me so much ! I was in a much better shape after a week. I must try these ones too❤
This is awesome, but I can’t for the life of me keep my back from getting off the floor with these exercises. Is it still worth trying this workout? Or should I just work on other posture then come back to it?
Would you be able to give something pre- this work out. As a person who has had an extremely tight pelvic tilt all my life up until I started Pilates it was impossible to do these movements without my lower back coming off the floor. In fact attempting it so many times with so many different trainers caused me many problems. They just never understood what was going on. Also a person with this problem cannot plank because they are being pulled in the opposite direction. Thanks for all your great videos I really appreciate them and find them very helpful.
Hi D Fox! Sounds like you need to start with simple stretching and gentle strengthening to work up to these types of exercises. I recommend you start with this: ua-cam.com/video/mkbNJKiWNlI/v-deo.html and work up to this one as able. Hope that helps and good luck!
Been following along this video for a couple weeks now and I can finally make it through the plank. Still need more time I am so out of shape lol. Great video tho
Respectfully, as a fellow Therapist and S&C Coach - the bilateral reverse crunch is way too advanced. An individual with increased lordosis would not be able to stabilise and maintain a posterior pelvic position. An athlete with a neutral aligned spine would find this challenging!
I love your videos, I’ve watched a couple dozen of them. I’d also enjoy seeing a video where you coach someone through the routine who actually struggles with the ailment the routine is designed for. It would be helpful to see how their lack of flexibility effects the movement and opens a conversation of if you too have this problem…
Sounds like your first step is to address the hip flexor issue. I would perhaps recommend you start here and see if this helps: ua-cam.com/video/zTPfzlZbtz8/v-deo.html
Great exercises, but most of them engage hip flexors which are usually tight in people with anterior pelvic tilt and people who spend a lot of time sitting.
And also when I’ve been walking or sitting in a chair I’ve been sitting in a straight posture so just wanted to know if I should keep doing that to fix it as well
I don’t mind the music, I’ve done videos with way louder music. and if you end up doing these every day as he recommends you end up memorizing the steps anyways 👌🏽
Thank you, sir. As someone who sits at a desk job; What kind of chair or posture is the best way to sit? I own a kneeling chair which feels better but I'm not sure if its making my APT worse or not. Thanks again!
Where is the starting point for people who haven't done these before? I HAVE done these before and if you are new its easy to do them wrong. Some of the lifts are more advanced. Could you give an idea on variations for different levels? Thanks
Hey can you make video How to spot my posture problem? Sometimes i feel.i have Pelvic muscle problem other times feel other posture problem. It will be very helpful
Hi! Big fan and i have been doing a lot of your neck stretches for a while now. Helped me a lot. Now i want to focus on my hips. I wondered if i should do these excercises on day A and do the stretches on day B. Is the a vaiable option?
In the picture, I think you allude to this workout helping the quads too? My right quad/hip-flexor is extremely tight and sometimes painful. Would like to better understand why this workout would help quads too. Thx!
You might need to focus more on stretching and some simpler core exercises to work up to these. Try this video and let me know if it helps you: ua-cam.com/video/mkbNJKiWNlI/v-deo.html Good luck!
I’m not sure if you’ll see this but after a long illness I lost my core and glutes. When I do a leg raise it’s not easy to keep my pelvis from rolling forward. Is it ok to place my hands/or another item under my bum to help keep me stable till I get the lower core switched back on ?
What can you do to get your back flat on the floor. My husbands back is in full spasm and it won’t lie flat on the floor. He has been like this for 3 years now after a chiropractor clinic appointment

How the condition now??
Love the videos. My back was a problem for 1 week. Then started to use his exercises, and 100 percent better. Thankyou!!!!!
Great to hear, Adrian! Thanks so much for sharing!
Great exercises, thanks so much! That music is so distracting that sometimes I cannot hear you but thanks for the exercises they are really great!🌺
You are welcome and thanks for the feedback!
Yep loose the music
I have been following this for about a week now. I can see changes. Thanks for this awesome workout

Great video! I am humbled.
I just did it, I feel so good! Day 1. Would continue. I hope to be consistent. Thank, you.

This is gold !! My backpain got cured at once ! Please remove the background music everything else is excellent 💯
Thanks so much for your feedback, Life's Easy. I am glad you found this helpful!
I love the short length of this. And the follow along. I don’t have the pelvic tilt problem but need a quick ab workout to do on weight days.
Thanks so much for your feedback!
This is awesome, but I can’t for the life of me keep my back from getting off the floor with these exercises. Is it still worth trying this workout? Or should I just work on other posture then come back to it?

Is it possible to fix a genetic one
An athlete with a neutral spine would not find bilat reverse crunches difficult
The bilat reverse crunch is not way too advanced.
@@lydiabowman7629 not advanced but for people with apt,i wouldnt recommend it since people may engage their hip flexors n make it coubter productive

Glad you like them, Curtis! I hope they help you out!
Great exercises, but most of them engage hip flexors which are usually tight in people with anterior pelvic tilt and people who spend a lot of time sitting.
That looks so good.
I will try it.

I have a question Doctor Jared how long does it take to fix anterior pelvic tilt and could you tell me some stretches to do to fix it please.
Here are several videos you can check out: ua-cam.com/play/PLT4Yite3Tx5m3uBvRvmctvbYUjHx3-o7Y.html&si=dEjPC0TTTDmELLtT
