KWTX-10 CBS Commercials (July 15, 1984)

Yes, I'm still alive! I apologize about the sudden drought in videos; I can't make promises they'll resume regular uploads, but I've had a LOT going on in life lately and just haven't had the time to remain attentive to this channel.
Either way, this may be one of the oldest sets of commercials I have, from the decade before my own time. This is part of the same recording as that sign-off I uploaded a good while back, actually. This was from a recording of "The Jesse Owens Story", a made-for-TV movie about an African American athlete who became a four-time gold medalist. This was honestly really neat for me to see, I'm not that familiar with 80s TV so it's just neat to get exposed to a different decade.
I put a bit more work in this one as well; I applied noise removal in Audacity to get rid of that annoying buzzing, so hopefully the audio is a bit bearable this time.

Wow, neat. You're not even a whole lot younger than my dad! I've only been here a few years and won't be here much longer, but yeah, it's a nice town. Glad I could give you some nostalgia too; still never expected in a hundred years to find 80s Waco TV in a thrift store. I have a few more 80s Waco commercial breaks too, if you're interested!
