Working on the outdoor footage for sure! And it is not burning oil but other freinds with same car their its burning the oil. So i think it is coming for me to

@@Tibo_coppens I’m curious what oil are you using though. From what I know the recommended 5w30 is thin for that engine.

@@sashoiliev8946 I have 190k on my Mk6 with no oil loss. I use Castrol Euro blend 5w40 and change it every 5k. It’s all about the maintenance with these cars.

Just swapped to 0W 40 for my GTI Clubsport MK7 which they say is best for those engines. I use Mobil 1 FS 0W 40 (Fully Synthetic). Obviosly though the brand & viscositys matter less. The oil specs more so make sure its either VW 502 or VW 504 approval. Another thing to note is that engines with Turbos uses the oil to lubricate not only engine, but the turbo as well. Also it does not matter if cars been driven alot or not. So picky people change their oil every 6 months or so! 👍
