Yea. It rained here after this. Raised the river. But it should be good here in a day or so...again

Water was way down. I went home and ate lunch...went back and it went up .....in like 2 hours. They must have let a bunch of water through the locks
Sometimes it is difficult to find beautiful and complete tips. Just one you find pays for the day my friend. You made a nice find on that little tip. BLESSINGS.

It amazes me how small they can make these tools. I have a special love for the tools. I feel like they were more personal pieces that they kept in their tool kit. That's the first time I've seen a bevel on one of your Amos pieces. Wow! I can see that the river went down. There's a lot of exposed Beach with gravel. Lot of opportunity there. Good luck my friend
I totally agree! these little things are OUT OF THE NORM Horace. This is rare to find them this small.
Nice to get a break in the rain, river dropped nicely. Beauty of an Amos still nice with the missing corner. Just think,if you didnt screen those spots, after awhile theyd be lost at the bottom of the river forever. They look so nice together in that frame! Squirrel man being a real love bug! You can tell hes a happy little guy😊😊 stay good bud!

Sure is nice that the river is finally receding. Bet your glad to get back out there, an find more arrowheads ( & artifacts ). I wish that ax head had been complete. The river was so high, I'm sure you'll be finding all kinds of things washed out this year ! :~)
I hope it stays down. Expecting rain today. It went up some after I left that area. i went back and that rock I was sifting around is almost underwater. It is up like 6 inches from when I made this...hopefully it gets back down

I got stopped by a game warden while out on the river the other day and he wasn’t very pleased when he saw the sifter and shovel. I hadn’t used it yet but you could tell he wanted to write me a ticket.
Not like that here where I live. I talk to a game warden who sifts arrowheads. I have on a video that explains the Laws on the Ohio River where I am looking........Speaking to a game Warden on the Phone in the upload. Sifting is legal. Watch the upload.
May not be where you are located however. There are places I cannot sift here. But most places i can. I cannot go on islands in the river. That is Federal land. That is a HUGE fine and jail time possibly. But there are signs CLEARLY visible that SAY NO ARROWHEAD Hunting every 15 yards or so.
Anyplace you cannot hunt here. There are SIGNS.
If you have a sifter and a shovel in your boat someplace you shouldnt be with it.
That leads to issues man.

Ah....these videos are 2nd place for the money. The marbles and places like Dougs Store are the money makers. I honestly need to go to the dump today verses the river and dig marbles. it is more money per day

Yea. I have been finding more brokes this week than complete stuff. I found like 4 brewerton points ys=esterday all with the tips gone
