Example Chase - Tornado: Research and Rescue (Complete Rebuild)

As part of the rebuild I need to set up the vehicle controller again. I thought I would record a short example chase. There is still a lot of work to do with the terrain, sound effects, visual effects, road network, vegetation etc. I just wanted to show off the tornado :)
