I have experienced this first hand with asian parents. Asian parents need to realise being strict because you want the best for your kids won't always turn out good. Most of the times the kids end up being fearful of your judgement and don't want to talk to you about very serious stuff because you have a black and white opinion on things. If this girl just told her mom about him..and mom allowed her to live with him first before getting married - mom could have saved her child from going into a horrible marriage. But she lost the chance

1. The cheating: We broke up during the first year of dating 4 years ago and things happened during that between time and we got back together. I felt at the time that I was cheated on.
2. The job: he had just finished school a month before this was filmed. He got a full time job that pays even more than me now.
3. The lazy boy lol: when he was finishing school and I was working full time, he cooked took care of our kitties and paid for groceries everyday while I worked! He just doesn’t give himself enough credit for what he has done for me to help out :)
4: The coma: it was a joke 😂 but foreal though. You guys know we’re in America right?

I would bring it up all the time it hurt me so badly that he’d be with someone else after me. The second time we broke up I did the same and dated others non exclusively. Now we’re back together and in a sense it’s like we’re even now even though that wasn’t my intention I just felt comfortable to finally move on and we never thought we’d get back together Lol.
