- The Ukrainian Army's 93rd Mechanized Brigade is using a captured self-propelled howitzer, a 2S5 Giatsint-S, to hit back against Moscow's forces with their own shells. Several were captured after the retreat by Russian troops from the Kharkiv region during a sweeping Ukrainian counteroffensive.

I admire the goodwill gesture of the Ukrainians returning the Russian shells back to them. Hopefully each shell can be spectacularly re-united with the owners.
Well, with Russia being so generous in supplying Ukraine with arms, the only decent thing to do is return the favor!

But they decided to tell about these atrocities only because then their commanders abandoned on the front line and ordered to finish off the wounded so as not to organize the evacuation.

@@dawnj2360 You could buy some and ship them to the Ukrainian embassy. Myself and a friend ordered some body armour and took it to the Ukrainian embassy in Notting Hill, which is close to where I live. They were very happy to take it, in fact one of the guys who took it from us shed tears.

I collect inert artillery shells as a hobby and have a 152mm howitzer/gun training kit made in Russia, issued to Poland. The shell alone is 100lbs - I can't imagine hoisting those around all day!
