  • Threading the stator winder may feel intimidating at first, but with the right steps and some practice, it can be done smoothly and efficiently. Here are the steps to follow:
    1. Start by ensuring that the stator winder is prepared and ready for threading. This includes making sure that the machine is clean, well-lubricated and free of debris.
    2. Take the spool of wire thread and place it onto the wire spool holder above the machine. Ensure that the thread is feeding correctly from the spool holder, and that there are no tangles or knots.
    3. Take the end of the wire thread and thread it through the wire guide at the top of the machine. Pass the thread through the guide and then through the wire tensioner located below it.
    4. After passing the thread through the wire tensioner, thread it through the first wire guide on the winder head. This guide is located directly above the stator.
    5. Pass the thread through the wire guide on the opposite side of the winder head. This should be the guide located directly across from the first guide that you threaded.
    6. Once you have threaded the wire through both guides, wrap it around the first tooth on the stator and pull it tight. Make sure that the wire is properly seated on the tooth and that there are no gaps.
    7. Continue threading the wire around all of the teeth of the stator, making sure that each wire is properly seated and that there are no gaps.
    8. Once you have threaded the wire around the final tooth, thread it back through the wire guide on the opposite side of the winder head.
    9. Pass the thread back through the wire tensioner and then through the final wire guide at the top of the machine.
    10. Double-check to ensure that the wire is properly seated around all of the teeth of the stator. Then, begin winding the stator according to your desired specifications.
Remember, practice makes perfect, and once you get the hang of threading the stator winder, it will become much easier. Stay positive, and with patience and persistence, you'll be threading the stator winder like a pro in no time!
