One thing people don't teach their kids generational wealth. It's better to have land and something of your own then live in a overpriced sub division with HOA Fees and you have to landscape and decorate according their guidelines! Nothing wrong with a trailer on land that belongs to you! I commend you girls for being young and independent and being positive role models. I love the Last one!

I love how the first trailer and the double wide had an island in the kitchen. It gives it more of a house vibe. I love the one after the double wide too.

No matter which one you choose make sure the bathroom has a dual vanity, I loved all of them but the one with the gray and white was my favorite and I always wanted to live in one much easier to put in security and maintain, Blessings to you always ❤️
I like the kitchen in the first one. The Double Wide at the 8:40 mark is very nice, and huge! You can always update it, the space matters most. Furniture can be purchased and floors can be re-done at a later time.
My first house was an all drywall doublewide on a foundation. I loved it. Then I moved and got $20k out of selling it and paying off the mortgage. It’s not a bad investment, so long as you maintain it.
