I'm currently a 3rd year medical student and I highly appreciate your enthusiasm in teaching. Thank God I found your videos. You're actually better than most of my professors here. P.S. You're actually both beauty and brains.
You are a life saver! Fell behind on my notes for paramedic training and your videos really helped me! Save so many of your videos saved to a playlist and your website and quizzes are incredible! Thank you so much Sarah!
Your channel is one of the best clinical skills learning tool, with added notes and quizzes. I am a medical student and it helped me master physical examination! Thank you so much! Please keep sharing the knowledge!
Literally, you're way better than my teachers. Can we clone you and put in you in every nursing school possible? Lol. Our teachers do not provide us with ANY LITTLE bit of structure or good in depth lectures like this. This was an awesome video. What have I been doing in clinical this whole time....lol
TI appreciate the time, expertise and attention to your presentation. I have been watching your video on heart blood flow, lungs sounds, and other videos repeatedly. Then I move on to the next videos to watch and then repeat. It is helping me understand and prepare me for my classes and test. Thank you much!
As a asthma sufferer since I was 2 years old I’m 32 I was always asked have I noticed any wheezing I said I don’t know even when I received my stethoscope I still wasn’t sure what to look out for as my asthma attacks became more frequent but after watching your video I feel more confident on how to better manage my asthma and not rush to seek medical attention each and every time I have an attack that I can handle it at home and they make a better judgment for when to seek help thank you
Well done. I used to work on a thoracic floor and understanding the terms rhoni and crackles always confused me. Your video helped to differentiate the terms. The anatomy explanations were great! Thank-you. Lianna
thank you so much for video...i feel much confident now...and you answered most of the question that was bothering me especially difference between pleural and pericardial friction rub...so much love for you
Thank you for the comment. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos and for this kind comment. I'm so happy to help you learn the difference :)
This is such a life saver! Just letting you know that your videos are helpful even over here in Australia! My uni has changed our classes from normal length, to 'intensives', where most of the work is 8 hours of pre-reading beforehand for each lesson. Yes, we may learn a lot, but it's hard to make the shift between book-knowledge, and clinical knowledge. The lecturers will mention things like stridor, wheezing, rales, and things like that, but in reality I can only loosely guess what these things sound like. So in short, thank you so much for this!
Very awesome to have a viewer from Australia :) Many universities in the states are doing the same thing. Thank you so much for the kind comment! I'm so happy you like my videos....thanks for watching them! I'm honored I could help!

You're very welcome, Angie :) I'm so touched you like the videos and that they have helped you...so awesome! Thank you for watching them and for taking the time to leave this comment!
RegisteredNurseRN I have finals tomorrow and I've been watching your videos all day. I work full time as a nursing assistant in a very busy emergency room, plus I take care of my husband who is in and out of the hospital. He has several cardiac stents and is just very unhealthy altogether. He's unable to work due to his health so everything rests on my shoulders. You are truly a lifesaver for me because your videos help me understand certain things that I found confusing in class. So thank you SO much!!! Please say a prayer for me that I pass those finals tomorrow! 😉
Hello Angie :) I hope your finals went well and you aced them! You're an amazing woman working, taking care of your husband, and going to school. You go girl! You will make an excellent nurse! I will pray for both you and your husband. I hope you enjoy the winter break, and have a Merry Christmas :) I hope to see you on here again next semester!

Hello :) Thank you so much for your comment. I'm very happy you liked the video. In part 2, which is here: ua-cam.com/video/xdSmc0010To/v-deo.html I demonstrate how to auscultate using those points on a real person. I hope that helps. Best wishes in your studies!
They do sound similar...however, with friction rub it is noted during both inspiration and expiration and the patient will have pain when breathing...however, coarse crackles are mainly noted in inspiration and sometimes goes into expiration but the patient will not have pain.
