People slept on them and I personally didnt like the mechanic, but they were pretty cool (and still gained ki by punching). People were too focused on ssj3 goku, kid buu, and vegito. All three of those characters were pure cheese.
I sure would love for this game to get a remaster. The graphics are way ahead of their time. Plus the roster is huge for a fighting game. Keep up the great work Doto!

@@shadowpup3016 They both were in the first Raging Blast but in order to unlock them you needed to do the What If missions and something else. It took me a while to unlock them in Raging Blast lol
One thing that impressed me was despite not having a story mode, they put in a lot of mid fight interactions, and characters' mouths were actually in sync. In some anime games like Naruto storm, the character models mouths don't move outside of cinematics.
This was my favorite DBZ game for a long time until fighterZ. The super moves, the team attacks, the 5v5 fights, in game transformations, custom intros, so much other stuff. It really only missed a story mode. I mean, it was soo good. Plus if you really know how to the play the game you can have some incredible fights
Yo does anyone remember the DBS Broly movie? That movie where Frieza and Cooler unlock Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, and then fuse into Egotistical Instinct Broly and start beating up Jiren? Man that movie was lit.

I don't know how but I was able to beat the galaxy mode 100% alot of the fights were a pain I remember there was one with teen gohan where you had to beat cell he had like 4 or 5 health bars and you litteraly had 1% of health it took me hours to beat it but somehow i did
Honestly this game is a classic and galaxy mode was underrated it would’ve been nice to have a story but it was also nice to have a new challenging game mode
I love this game all time favorite. I just recently got my old Xbox 360 back and it still works surprisingly. Got 2 new controllers and a new copy of raging blast 2 and been playing with my boy
Me and a friend of mine got good at this game and had 5v5 matches that would last 10-15 minutes because we would learn each others combos and constantly vanish/deflect/block or dodge. Once we mastered fighting vs certain characters we would change characters to throw each other off. The replays looked legit like dragon ball z fights. Loved this game.
This game brings back memories i actually still have it on my shelf. One of the first games I mastered from dragonball z. I think I still like ultimate tenkaiyichi better though it’s moves are way more defined.

One of the only games I went hard at, made it into Xbox's top 200 leaderboard back in the day, SSJ1 Vegeta main. The game has a ton of mechanics that most people dont even know about. You can instant transmit across the map if you input punch right as a ki blast hits your opponent, then press the normal dodge button. Pretty sure it was an exploit, but it was never patched. You can also Daigo parry in this with perfect vanish, basically the same way you diago parry in streetfighter. I daigo parried a majin vegeta sacrifice ult once, that was nuts.
@@dangergran2566 practice makes perfect. Also doing the dbz thing and getting your ass beat by stronger players. I made friends with and dueled the #11 guy. He mopped the floor with me but I learned a lot.
@@dangergran2566 my biggest tip I can give that will help you turn matches around is that if you block a punch (or any attack) at the perfect time, it turns into a perfect vanish. It will get you out of being combo'd, anticipate your opponents punches and click block even while being punched, mashing block wont work, but if you are patient and click at the right time, you will get out
Vegito is the version of Goku and Vegeta when they fuse with the potara earrings. And Gogeta is the fusion between Goku and Vegeta but they use a dance to fuse.
I dunno if I'm weird or not, but I think having only ki bars is best. To include stamina bars just turns everything into a war of who gets stamina broken first to drop a long combo or sure fire ultimate.
Cooler’s mask going down in the intro for Raging Blast 2 then charging a supernova still one of the coolest things fr.

If you press the block button right before an attack or blast lands, you can perfectly fine snap vanish out of it.
Whenever someone fires a beam at me usually i just beam evade it for styling
