1:05 I've been watching all the 2019 world championships videos lately and I keep noticing a pattern: lot of these athletes have really fine faces to match their incredibly athletic bodies I mean, wow, look at this smile: 8:00
Why is Elaine Thompson so fast: 1. She uses the drive phase way beyond the 15M marks. 2. Start phase: her spine & upper body are straight. Then her tightly hold upper body sway to the leg that touches the ground everytime. This conserve energy at the same time creates effortless push.
Thank you to the person working at or for the IAAF/World Athletics with the knowledge of the sport and enough detail of what happened during those semi-finals to determine, quiet rightly, that Rosângela Santos should feature on the video thumbnail for her huge PB and AR, with -0.2m/s.
Darryl Neita has progressed very well... Her drive phase and technique has greatly improved! Elaine could have run 10.6s sooner than she did... Easing-up 30m before the finish line clocking 10.84s 🤯... the disgraceful Marion Jones CR couldn've been erased sooner!
Okagbare has the worst start ever. No coach has ever fixed her stutter step out of the blocks which causes her fall behind from the beginning and she has to play catchup. She had such potential to be one of the Greats.
Rest easy Tori Bowie! Don't even like writing that, but paying my respects
Ta Lou is such a great athlete and a very nice individual too. Always a pleasure to interview.
So much love for Marie-Josée Ta Lou 😍
1st Race starts at 3:35

Thankyou so much..
Impressive run by Thompson and she slowed down in the ending
And then she lost the finals...🤔

THE BEST TEILNEHMER
Easiest 10.84 I have ever seen
The final was her race to lose ( and she did). She was in the shape to go sub 10.7.
