Here's a quick fix before sending your phone to a tech. Switch your phone into 'safe mode' by holding the lock button and power (on screen) at the same time. Once you're on safe mode, turn on your wifi and that should do it.
Please note: Do not touch the airplane mode, keep it on until your wifi network is set. Then turn off the safe mode and just like that, you just save yourself some money. it works for me. :)
