      Afromusic Entertainment My schizophrenic friend is 90%better taking NAC n-AcetylCysteine 600Mg twicedaily with carbohydrate or on an empty stomach and 1000mg Niacin with every meal but start at 100 mg because of the Niacin flush, plus magnesium, zinc, selenium, Vitamin C and 3 fish oil capsules and Vitamin B Complex. You can find Dr Abraham Hoffa’s research on Niacin in his book found on Doctor Yourself website, Dr Andrew Saul and the NAC 1934 research on PsychScene Hub about a year ago. Also giving up gluten and sugar really help. When he had done all that he gave up the drugs slowly and is now losing all the drug side effects and schizophrenic symptoms. Getting his life and freedom back after 45 years of being poisoned by the National Health Service who can’t be bothered to read fifty year old research! Namaste 🙏

    Could we be picking up thoughts like an antenna? Or could they be coming from gut bacteria?
    Could it be from overstimulation ?
    I’m diagnosed with ptsd and bipolar I don’t take any meds. I also have 6 year’s clean from an opiate and heroin addiction that lasted for 17 years. I have crazy thoughts but I’ve noticed they usually come when doing something new almost like a fear of new experiences. Maybe it’s because everything takes energy so how would the 🧠 protect itself during synaptic pruning if it’s energy is limited?

    Very interesting! In a nutshell, Dr. McGrath's preliminary research suggests that vitamin D given during pregnancy or infancy may reduce the risk of the baby developing schizophrenia (and possibly other mental disorders) many years later. And larger studies are underway to confirm or oppose these preliminary findings. Keep up the good work!

    • @user-hw9sm3jo9t
      @user-hw9sm3jo9t 4 роки тому +2

      No it doesn't. It suggests Vit D blood levels are correlated with risk of schizophrenia... Which is confounded by many other things, such as physical activity or serotonin production... If they did not adjust for this, their research is worthless. A randomized double blind control trial would give us more information for supplementation.

    • @pida9669
      @pida9669 4 роки тому +2

      @@user-hw9sm3jo9t You are right that there may be many confounding factors. That's why I used the words "suggests" and "may" to indicate that the conclusions haven't been drawn yet, but I could probably have worded my comment a little more conservatively. There are randomized trials underway to investigate the link between D supplementation and psychosis, e.g. the DFEND study which has not been finalized and published yet--details at link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s13063-019-3758-9 Cheers. :-)

    The prevailing medical opinion is that schizophrenia is an inherent condition..if that is true then one would have to change and identify the gene that is responsible for the condition .

    • @aethylwulfeiii6502

      The rates of De Novo psychotic disorders is surprisingly high. There are lots of people who develop psychotic disorders without any family history. There have been multiple Genome wide association studies and they tend to “find” thousands of associated genes, which is equivalent to finding nothing.

    I OD'ed on vitamin D with a severe allergic reaction and I got a severe case of schizophrenia and I healed myself by ignoring and not believing in the hallucinations. I not only beat the illness, I beat those who seek to treat the illness. Your actions affect how you feel. I also had malaria from having a slight rupture of the bladder and within a couple of hours, I had a high fever.

      @@Aboguaboga My symptoms of schizophrenia were so bad that when I looked in the mirror, the pupils of my eyes were dilating wildly. I saw in writing what the voices were saying to me. I could read people’s minds and interject thoughts into their minds. I could do miracles. I rejected all of that and refused to believe in it. It’s the only way I got better. I had to change every habit of thought that I had. Yes, I absolutely did it on my own without any help and without even knowing what it was that I had. Years later, I discovered, on my own, that it was schizophrenia. Of course, everything is by the power of God.

Before that I’ll constantly be hearing females voices in my head whether that was their real voice or not, I think it’s extremely unlikely u can beat it on ur own, u can fight them all u want but until u let the symptoms run it’s course to at least one breaking point u can fight for years but u will always have doubts in ur mind and think there is some truth to wut the voices r telling u

      @@Aboguaboga It does no good to "fight it”. You have to ignore it and not believe in it. I had symptoms for years. It was only after about three years that I was close to being free of the symptoms and I was still thinking they could return. I know someone--who was a very intelligent, neurotypical person prior to taking LSD--who has taken very high doses of LSD and it severely compromised his mental state for years afterwards. Based on this, I would personally question any hypothesis that large doses of LSD could improve one's mental state.
