Introducing Draw Your Journal | Episode 1

- Hi guys! This is the first ever episode of Draw Your Journal (my book!! ahh!!) In this video, I introduced the book and completed the following pages: cover page, copyright page, Draw Your Secret Language, and Draw Your Birth Stone. In this episode, I used my Caliart Art Markers, which are a cheaper version of alcohol markers like Copic Markers or Ohuhu Markers. I also used a new 132 pack of Prismacolor premier colored pencils as well as my Micron fineliner pens.

About me:
Hi, my name is Marissa (AKA Bellamena)! Making videos about art is my favorite thing to do. I'm not a professional artist or anything (I'm actually a Computer Scientist 🤓) , but I have a lot of fun trying to make stuff look cute. I recently wrote a book called Draw Your Journal that is available on Amazon. I get so excited every time I upload a new video to UA-cam, and I'm so grateful that I get to make videos and share them with them you.

This is a really cool idea! ✨️ I have it on my Christmas list for my daughters and myself. I would have to color in my doodles, although my house is full of doodles, a poodle, a golden doodle, and a cat named Snickerdoodle! 🐩🐕🐱 Totally on board with the rainbow copyright and name page!! 🌈 I agree with the use of items that start with the letter of the alphabet! 👍 It narrows down the choices and is easier for those of us with sketchy memories!! 🤣The kitty on your birthstone page is adorable!! 🐈 Love the color choices and how you incorporated all three of your birthstone choices!! 💙 Turquoise is a very special stone that I always associate with Native Americans. I'm a diamond girl!! 💎 The cheaper choices are just cheaper material trying to make it look the same, lol!! 😂
