Trust me Jack, the “i need one more subscriber” shorts really work. The reason you saw mark rober twice was because he gained ten million subscribers largely from that and made another when he was about to hit 40 million! Definitely would not be a waste of time to make one yourself!

Hey, I think it would be a good idea to make a Hindi (primary language of India) channel or audio track. I think you will definitely get a ton of profit from it as one-fifth of the entirety of UA-cam users are Indian. Also, I think it would be much cheaper to get a Hindi translator than the Spanish one. I think it would cost about $500 per video. But there is a problem here because most Indians speak English. So, I think you should look into an Arabic or maybe even an Urdu one.
