Dude is knocked out cold if not dead from a blow. I dont think you can meaningfully armor against this weapon!

instead of the blade glancing off the helmet, the entire head glanced off the blade.

and that's normal human strength. Not someone who's been training in big swords throughout his childhood, and lived on the battlefield. Or someone who was infused with Liquid Magic and Space Alien DNA. Or whatever the hell they feed Fromsoft Protagonists.

The only issue if in combat would be the slowness. It’s possible. But you would have to be smart with your move and keep distance. They wouldn’t be able to defend to much of sword to sword contact happens.

one way to try the sword in sparring could be something like a rectangle shield, first find a shield that can take the power of the sword after youy find it (by testing i guess) then sparr with someone with the shield and try to hit them (its probabably better if he has extra proteccion like maybe a second shield behind that and some armor) that maybe the only way to test the real steel sword, the other wawy is to just use a replica

also i dont think anyone would like to be the shield person so idk

Your sword, its not dragonslayer, that's Gram from Soulcalibur 3 right?
The one Siegfried used before getting Soulcalibur himself

It is a replica of Dragonslayer. Just flattened and shortened to make it light enough for a normal human to use.

Slow sluggish hit, takes a full second to hold the sword back up. Very "practical".
I'd be interested in seeing sparring because you haven't proved your claim so far. The only thing you're showing is how much damage it can do, and no one denies that a massive slab of steel hurts.
Wether you can actually fight effectively with it is the question.
Still very impressive work on holding and striking with that blade.

@DigitallyTwistedOutlaws1178 You know that people spar with poleaxes right? The weapon that can easily drive a hole in your skull. It's all about making the proper simulator: a stick that's as big and heavy with enough foam around it to make it safe for sparring would be a good start.
Yet instead of doing that you chicken out by saying that your sword is too strong and that you can't spar with it as a result.
      SPAR.

      Lol. Nice try!
You really exposed your ignorance here.
Poleaxes are used that are blunted and given weight limits based upon guidelines on the groups safety rules.
Every association has rules and weight/edge limits on the weapons that are implemented and enforced to prevent harm to the fighters.
      Why?
Because no one wants to die or get hurt.
You pyschopaths either don't know this and are delusional, or are purposely using that angle to discredit what I say. Knowing I cannot legally hit you and that no one would actually agree to it.
Otherwise there would be a lot more dead fighters and government would shut it down.
Homicide charges and medical lawsuits are a thing.
Though yes, I am testing what can be done about this sparring issue. Since that seems to be all you want anyways.
Bit of an issue figuring out how to hit the human body with 48lbs, even padded that can cause issues.
So chill out and wait. Or don't.
