  • Even though I have done loads of these flowers, they don’t always come out right. Especially after a break or when doing a different size.
This canvas is a little smaller than usual, and I had to scrape the first one due to several reason that you can see in the video. When comparing these two videos you can really see how important the different steps are regarding amount of paint, how you put it down and how you blow.
I suggest you go back and forth and compare these two pours. It helped me, and I hope it can help you too.
Or you can just skip the first part 😄
    Paint ratio:
    owatrol:paint:water = 2:1:1
    Owatrol is the European floetrol.
I am a self taught liquid artist and I learned a lot by watching UA-cam video made by a bunch of very talented persons, who generously shared all their expertise. A huge thanks to all of them!
I love pouring because of the diversity, the surprises and the uniqueness of every single pour. It may turn out a bit too unique from time to time!! but that's part of the beauty. We all have different tastes when it comes to art - and everything else.
Hopefully this channel can help and inspire others while I continue down the road. Experimenting, making failures, discovering new ways and trying out techniques inspired by my surroundings, nature and my stash of acrylic paints.
    Enjoy!

This is a beautiful piece that demonstrates the mastery of your art. Each step is intentional and well thought out. So many fluid art videos are puddle pours with just hope for the best.
The thrifty use of your paint is inspiring also.
    Thank you for sharing.

Thanks a lot. I find it quite amazing how little it sometimes take to make a big change. Pouring definitely isn’t easy 😝

Thanks a lot Mary. I know a lot probably don’t like the color choice, but it’s quite Scandinavian 😊
