Finally i got the tutorial i needed all this day . Watching you for last two years since i bought my new mac You are really awesome and very kind to teach us all these cool stuff. Love from Beautiful Bangladesh
I used to get After Effects for free through my school. But now I'm just doing animation as a hobby. So $50 total instead of ~$30/month is better for me!
Hi Jenn, are you available for consultations? I'm using Keynote now to do animations and export them as video, but I'd like to take the next step up, but I don't know which software/where to start.
Good video and nice to have a few alternatives. Just one (minor) issue: Bézier is French, so it sounds like “bay” instead of “bee” - keep up the good work.
Un video muy interesante y pedagógico, pero mi consulta s si no podia importase la imagen n formato vectorial y por ejemplo por capas, para poder automatizarse. Muchas gracias y me reitero genial video
encore merci Jenn tu maitrise vraiment Motion je suis grand fan même si je ne comprend pas trop l'anglais heureusement qu'il y a les sous titres est ce possible de faire un tuto sur des transitions sympa zoom flou perspective ....... ?
Hello Jenn, I do have a question : when drawing a Bezier line, I can scroll up or down my canvas to draw the line further, but how can I move the canvas to the right or the the left, without loosing my on-going drawing. With the trackpad, no problem, but with the mouse, I can only scroll up and down and go on drawing the Bezier. See ?
GREAT TUTORIAL! 1 suggestion. If you can share a download link & we can download the sample img ( paper airplane ), that's going to be SUPER! When I watch your clips and I open motion... and google to find the images. :) If you don't mind, plz share the images to do some practice right away.
Ok, huge question that I’d really appreciate if you could answer. So in this instance the base of the arm is moving as well, what if you only wanted one end of the arm to move? Like maybe you wanted an anchored point off screen and the part on screen is the only end that moves. Does this make sense? And if so do you know of any way possible to achieve this?
Hello. I just love your videos, precise, concise and fast. May I ask a question ? I can't find the way to zoom in the working window, for example, to draw with precision a Beziers line along the road on a map, and then zoom out to see the result. How can we zoom to have a precise work done on a little zone of a project ? I wish you can say a word about it on a coming video. Thank you again, Jean.
Ok, found it out... as often, you spend time to find the solution out, then you ask the question and then you eventually get the answer... there is Hand Button on the lower left corner of the canvas, used to "travel" over the graphic of the project, then I can use the second button to the left and choose the "points de montage" option to modify my Beziers. I shall soon be able to have an animated line drawn along the route of our vacation :-)
@@JennJagerPro "CMD" + "=" on my French keyboard (azerty). Actually, this is the same than this little double arrow on the upper right corner of the canvas, opening to various percentages of zoom and an "adapted" zoom option. What I wanted was, as I had zoomed, to "slide" on the canvas without moving the layers from their initial frame. This "hand" button (lower left corner) allows it, and then I can move on the surface of the project to adjust some details with precision.

Try holding down your spacebar to get the hand tool and maneuver around the canvas

Just hit CMD + to zoom in and CMD - to zoom out. CMD Z snaps the project to fit the canvas window. Does that help?
