Yeah the loss of subscribers was due to the increase of subscription prices, IMO. Also Netflix ain't cheap and increasing the price I'm sure didn't help. And when they first started streaming, talk about experimenting. The silverlight plug in required to stream Netflix was a nightmare, for me. It only worked when I had Windows XP running 🙄 good vid. 👌
