Review of" Strong horse tree" by Alice walker
During study I found some key information about the author of short story Strong horse tree. The Author is African American poet and fiction writer.m Mainly, His writing revolves on gender and racial themes. He has Discussed class bounderies of white and black people I have found the story very emotional because the Rannie'son is seriously ill. Her mother's emotional attachment is shown vividly in the story. It is revealed to me She Doesn't rely on magic lady who tries to convince her for treatment of her son by her home remedies. As one closely reads story he find the racial element because the Rannie request
White Mailman to fetch WhiteMan doctor for treatment of her child. He convinces her by his ironical statements. However Sarah one finds Sarah very helpful to her people because She has full consiousnes of this class suppression so She tells her these White people have no Sympathetic attachment to Us. As they dislike our black skins. Subsequently the Sarah is proved right because White Mailman didn't fetch doctor instead he left lady with tears.
