  • Clean with me for 5 min. This video is for those of us that are having a hard time finding the motivation to clean.
Watching other people clean helps me so I hope this helps you too! Watch it now or save it for later and come back to it when you want to clean.
You would be amazed at how much you can get clean in 5 min and how different you feel after a few min of doing something.
Let me know how this works for you and if you want me to do more!

Cleaning and my ADHD are enemies! I hyperfixate on one thing like organizing my jewelry box or color coding my leggings when the entire chair is full of dresses to hang, 2 loads of laundry need to be put away and 5 bags of recycling are lined up to be taken down! Thank you for this.
I know I need to change my sheets.. after this 10 min break that’s the first thing I’ll do! (I also set timers for breaks!)

I can't tell you how many times I have started dumping out drawers that need to be reorganized when I am just trying to tidy up a little bit! Did you remember to go change your sheets? it's probably time to do it again lol

Sorry, Jordan, but I think most people do their bed when they wake up. Like washing yourself and brushing your hair and teeth. It becomes a routine. Throwing your clothes in the laundry basket and putting away some niknaks and makeup shouldn't take much motivation.😊 It's just a basic routine!🙃 You look so much like your mom!!💕 Maria from Montreal 🇨🇦 ❤

I understand that it’s easy for some, but that’s not true for everyone. Personally, for myself, sometimes routines aren’t easy to do. Struggling with things like executive dysfunction Or chronic pain as a couple examples could make it really difficult for people to do what others see as simple.
That is actually one of the things that I try to bring more awareness about on this channel because of the struggle I have to do “basic” things

I agree 100% it is not easy and thank you for bringing awareness about this. For some it is areal struggle to have structure or routine and to be critical of is very hurtful.
