Felix and Hyunjin have a power (like superpower hahah).
they can use words to hurt someone (for example, to kill someone using words;
to make someone do smth etc) like the Imperius Curse (Imperio) - Harry Potter.
in Felix's case, he didn't know he had the power. and one day he accidentally killed his boyfriend I.N. Felix told him to choke on his own jealousy and he choked later when Lee left.
in Hyunjin's case, he knows about his power and can control it.
Hwang realized that Felix also had this power and found him to help him.
the government wanted to take Felix and use him as a weapon. they all knew about people like Felix but they didn’t know about Hwang bc he hides well n can kill em all ~

FULL DESCRIPTION
Lee Felix is the most popular model in South Korea.
everyone would like to be in his place, because his life is perfect: fame, money; handsome and rich boyfriend like him - Yang Jeongin.
everyone admired them and wanted to be like them.
but no one knew what was hidden under all this beauty.
Yang Jeongin was a very jealous and paranoid person. after all, of course, everyone liked Lee Felix and he disappeared at night, supposedly on filming. but it was true. Jeongin was just no longer mentally stable, but no one noticed this except Felix.
that evening Felix came home again later and Yang started acting weird again. Felix in a fit of anger told him to choke on his own jealousy.
Yang Jeongin was found dead the next day in his apartment.
there were no signs of violent death. the cause of death was lack of oxygen in the lungs, which was strange because the guy had never had any health problems. the investigating committee started an investigation.
no one knew that Felix had a power, his word and his wish had some kind of power.
a man like him must want his word or wish to come to fruition, which will surely be fulfilled.
