    It’s absolutely bizarre that we become one of the worst teams without Jokic, I knew Jokic was great but this just proves the Nuggets are NOTHING without Jokic

    In my humble opinion, the way he plays shows why he’s not only the mvp of all times so far but mostly how much kindness, care and humility can bring to any athlete trying to elevate their game.. it gors beyond performance, he is literally playing with all his heart and his heart is full of horses, his familly, beautifull country he comes from…. He plays as he knows the value of those things and thanks to those beautifull things that he cares so deep about he is able to see beyond all whithin his play style. I think when he plays, altough his body is physically present on that court… his soul, his eyes, his heart are where he loves to be.. surounded by horses and his familly… that’s why the whole team is elevated to that point… he’s like a father who’s sole purpose is to give his best to his children.. and the best he’s got apparently might be the best this sport has ever been given.

    One thing a lot of people don't think to mention about Nikola Jokic is just how physically strong he really is. We see him just completely move some of the strongest guys like Bam Bam Adebayo, AD, OMG, etc. just off their position offensively and defensively. We watch him just repeatedly dominate some the strongest and largest athletes on Earth and it just become so commonplace we lose track of just how remarkable the combination of Jokic's talents are. There, literally, isn't anything he can't do any more. His defense was average, at best, when he came into the NBA particularly guarding on the perimeter. So he worked hard on that part of his game and now he leads the team in steals and leads all forwards/centers in the league. He is a legitimate rim protector now having blocked a lot more attempts at the rim challenging up high vs how he used to play a 'ground game' and would swipe down at the ball trying to knock it loose before you could bring it up. Now he chooses whichever method is more effective at that moment making him a significantly greater disruptor to shots in the paint. His outside shooting was 'solid', but seen really as just a 'make them respect you' type of outside shooter and working hard on his game has turned into one of the most deadly outside snipers we have in today's game from pretty much anywhere on the court.
    Now roll all that ability and talent and size and, yes, his brand of athleticism into his 6'11" widebody frame paired with his ever improving floor generalship and passing and it becomes harder and harder to not say 'if you're an NBA GM and you get to pick 3 guys since 2005 to start your team with... well LeBron is a given.... then... honestly... maybe Giannis and Joker... seriously.. that's really it.' You give me those three guys and then I'll take any other serviceable outside shooters and pretty sure that just couldn't be stopped.

When MJ retired after winning a threepeat, the next season his TEAM almost went to eastern conference finals without him (in 93-94), proving that in those first 3 rings he had a GREAT TEAM LITERALLY 👈 And Jokic is the one who can change the TEAM when he is playing on the court...

    They should start with Westbrook. Murray is awfull, and Westbrook played much better in every game he started. Has much better energy and will to win. Joker, AG, MPJ, Westbrook, CB.

    • @dpatrick5164
      @dpatrick5164 6 днів тому +1

      You are correct. But with Murray's new $208,000,000 contract extension, the Denver front office would never let that happen. It would make them look silly. Westbrook proved his value as a starter, and I think with him in the starting lineup, Denver probably is a finals contender. Murray's on again, off again play indicates to me that he is afraid to go full out on his injury prone legs. He would make a perfect 6th man coming off the bench for limited minutes, but I don't think the front office wants to look silly.

  • @antoniouy9704

    Calvin booth committed a huge blunder by signing Murray to a max extension..Jamal is good, but not worth the max..he is not even an all star...if I were the nuggets, and Jamal will not agree to a three year 120 mil extension..I would trade him for herro and highsmith or even for jpoole and kispert...
