Tomi needs some love here. Anneke is unfortunately quite pitchy live here, but he's singing clean beautifully and growling with a clarity of diction other metal singers could learn from. The guy is super impressive.
@@dodgenathan I saw five shows on this tour Seattle, Sacramento, West Hollywood, Anaheim, and Baltimore. Most years I catch two shows such a great band and that package with Delain and Anneke was unmissable

I think it's because Anneke is not there (and don't get me wrong, her voice is great always, literally ALWAYS, but I think the band doesn't think it feels as powerful as it does, when she is really performing live)
In the studio you compress the sound and this is how she's sounding through a recording device in the audience. One thing is for sure, the audience heard a completely different sound.

Меня поначалу раздражало как он орёт, но когда привык, то понял, что голосина у него ещё как хороша и звучит эпично. Особенно на последних двух альбомах. Но так-то дело вкуса)

@@ssokol91 это ж когда было, что ты застал смену вокалиста?) Томи вроде с 2006 появился в составе и там конечно голос послабее был, хоть мне на самом деле и зашёл, когда распробовал. На концертах наверное хуже было. Если честно, я слегка разочаровался, когда включил лайв запись 2018 года, но ко 2-3 песне голос реально лучше становится и близок к альбомному варианту. Всё-таки ребята растут и это хорошо. Хочу вот приценить новый проект их лидера-гитариста - silver lake. В этом месяце выйдет. Интересно что получится
