    I remember CC saying Dantas was the one who put as much practice into her 3 shot as CC did. You could see CC trusted her to take the 3, especially second half of the season. And more often than not, Dantas delivered.

    You can see it when Caitlin Clark talks about Hannah Stuelke, you can tell she loves her as a person and thinks she’s great at basketball, but gets frustrated cause Hannah sometimes doesn’t always play with that chip on her shoulder. It would take Caitlin or Kate yelling at her or opponent piss her off to get her going. If Hannah played with the same mentality every game of say Angel Reese with the confidence she’s the best on the court no matter who she’s playing. Hannah would dominate the game, she has that kind of talent. She just needs a bit more dog in her, she’s getting there though.

      I’d more say Magic with Bird’s range. People like to say Curry because of the threes but he has never been a great passer with great vision and he doesn’t rebound like that. The way she leads breaks and dishes the ball looks like Showtime to me, but she can pull like Bird. Scores like Bird. Plays defense like Bird. Offensively, she handles, passes and rebounds like Magic.

    To be honest the management failed their team.
    They should have said “this is who we are drafting and she’s on another level of play making so sit down and watch her history of how she passes and shoots”
    I don’t think they fully explained the “CC effect” to their current roster so they were blindsided knowing how to handle her passing abilities. That all falls on the coach and management before she entered the locker room. They flopped the boat not telling the players her play style.

      Yes the moment created by CC n AR is reminiscent of Bird n Magic, not stylistically, but ushering in a new Era yes, and Juju has years to go before she can be minted as a Jordan, and CC has already generated an interest in the W like Jordan has for the NBA,which will take an absolutely epic college career from Juju to duplicate and surpass CC, plus she has to eclipse CCs impact on the W...which I don't see happening by her without college rings and an epic 1st season to even be in the conversation with Caitlyn. ❤ Ccs moment isn't a trend...its the culture at this point, and having KM and AB Hull n Temi is not making it any easier for any new rising star.😂😂

    CC went from biggest scoring guard of NCAA history to become the Ultimate floor General in WNBA, but her game doesnt have anything to do with Kobe or Jordan who were primarily high volume scoring and top defensive guard. CC didnt even really showed some real clutch gene yet. We dont see her asking systematically the ball in money time to put others team to sleep. Her game is more leaning to a stef curry or steve nash like for now. However on the marketing side of what she's bringing to the league and sports, her impact and influence is very comparable to Jordan. She is on her way to just become the face of the women sports if the WNBA and Nike doesnt messed it too much.

      Cc was never a sg lol she has always been a pg she averaged 8 assists per game for her college career and finished 3rd all time in total assists in a career. She is both an elite passer and scorer. She averaged 19.2 points a game for a total of 769 points which is in the 97 percentile of scorers this pass season in the w. There was no way she was going to come in as a rookie and average 32 points a game like she did as a senior in college. The most points per game ever averaged in the wnba is 27 which was set this year by aj'a Wilson and the most per game by a rookie is 21 which was set by Simon Augustus on way lower efficiency. if you look at her clutch time stats she was among the league leader offensively and defensively. Since you think she doesn't play defense she was also in the 91 percentile in steals and 89 percentile in blocks while also being in the 90 percentile for rebounds. I do not understand why people comment on things they know absolutely nothing about.

    • @TyLeeper-r1e
      @TyLeeper-r1e 2 дні тому

      @tyfunk6643 your eyes can tell you she is very weak defensively. Her coach was even subbing her at end of games because she's a defensive liability. Her rebounds and steals come from jumping passing lanes and not playing anyone. She literally just stands near the paint. Would love to see the stat of how many points were scored by CC's assignment. I'd bet it's not very good. She's a slow well below average defender. Go look at her defensive ranking for the season. Total defense

    • @tyfunk6643
      @tyfunk6643 2 дні тому

      @@TyLeeper-r1e dude I literally gave you the total percentiles for steals were she was 91 percentile for the entire league and blocks were she was 89 percentile. A bad defender does not put up those kinds of numbers lol. You want me to look at an advanced stats for defense that does not include the fact that she played on the 2nd worse defensive team in the league instead of using steals and blocks which have been the bases of defense since they started recording stats. If you look at the team defensive stats with nalyssa smith on the floor vs off the floor the team goes from the second worst when she is on the floor to the 5th best when she is off the floor. If you do the same for cc nothing changes so that means she is at least a average defender. Look at her stats defensively in clutch time she is among the top in the league. Here weaknesses defensively have nothing to do with on the ball and everything to do off the ball were sometimes she gets caught sleeping and she struggles getting around screens. If the fever do what the warriors have done with curry and focus on team defense and get players who are great help defenders cc's advanced defensive stats will look better just like currys and he doesn't block shots or get steals at the rate cc does compared to his counterparts. You are ignorant and just joined UA-cam a couple of months ago and probably never watch womans basketball before then. It is vary clearly by your comments on micks channel that you are a cc hater. So either get a life or do some research before you look like a idiot.

      @@TyLeeper-r1e Also she stop getting subbed for defensive reasons at the end of the game before the Olympic break so that is an indication of how little you actually watched the games lol. That was mostly because there head coach was completely incompetent, if you watch any of iowas big games you would know cc is extremely clutch defensively and had tons of game saving steals and blocks. That also carried over to the w. Stop hating on women's players behind a screen it's pathetic.

    She has the same mentality as kobe and mj just in a different way. She holds a high standard for her teammates because she knows that they are capable of being better not because she doesn't believe in them or dislikes them as a person. That is why she makes everyone around her better and was able to get her teammates at iowa to believe that they could compete for a national title. Kobe and mj were different because at times they did not believe in there teammates abilities and just straight up disliked them as people. Which caused a lot of drama with in there teams and even lead to fist fights. Cc is also different because she has the ability to switch it off as soon as the game is over which makes her a vary likable person.
