A game that has so many guns shouldnt have SBMM. Once you reach a certain point (Ive noticed its around the 1.5 KD mark), everyone just ends up playing the same using the same 3 different loadouts.
Why even have so many weapons if you can barely even use them?
Thats actually probably the one thing i liked about Vanguard. All the weapons felt like they could compete even though there was an actual meta.
U see 150 health is the reason u can barely use any gun. Look at hc. Pretty much any gun is viable bc ttk is fast enough.
To be fair. Even in games like BO2. Most lobbies people only used 3-4 guns

I just wish people would adopt the mindset that this is what it used to be like and nobody complained both casual and sweats never had a problem with it and now that theirs wars between the two sides which means that Activision won the war, they'll never let it go back to what it used to be they want the predatory matchmaking to stay forever ideally

With COD now, You get babysat when you are shiit.. They make it so you want to continue to play the game and improve, THen once you do improve, You just get punished for improving....

SBMM should be removed now that ranked is a thing. Because as it stands right now, your choices are ranked lobbies or ranked ranked lobbies.

I usually have a 1.40 to 1.70 kd in COD but for some reason I only have a 1.05 on this one. The SBMM is insane these days

I generally averaged 2.0 and i played respawn modes only I never play SnD. My ground war only MW2019 account had 4.5 KD while in MP I still managed to have 2.3KD. Then Cold War it was 1.9,didnt played shitguard and MW2 but in MW3 its 1.3 only but i was leveling up all MW2 weapons and that wasnt a good idea. Even after I go 15-30 couple of times in a row my next lobbies still will be MCW/Rival 9 enemy team only players jumping around and prefiring angles that dont exist.I have around 200 hours into the game and I saw only 1(yes one time) person using non meta MW2 gun during Rio 24/7 playlist lmfao shits insane.

I think marksman is conpletely right, if you're good at the game like marksman, TRULY good at the game you deserve a little bit of a break from the sweats and tryhards
My issue with Sbmm is that i get out in lobbies with people who are clearly using hacks, chronus, and all kinda shxt. I can hold my own against any legit player but not against cheaters

Yeah and a lower skilled lobby would say that you’re hacking if you played with them so honestly you should stop the excuses and get better
the best way to get easy lobbies is having two reverse boosted accounts, search with both of them in a party, once in a pre-game lobby back out with one dummy and session join the remaining dummy with your main account. With that method you can pretty much ALWAYS get into a lobby as you can always make room for your main account to join! By searching with your main account together the matchmaking will also kind of take those stats into the equation.
What I like about nicks content is that he does well without sweating
I liked when we didn’t get snatched out of a match every time we finish used to be able to talk shit every game and shit on them until they leave the gratification I got from making people rage, especially joining mid match and they start tryna talk shit and you came comeback and win
You should be kept above a certain ceiling honestly. It’s literally punching down on casual players for money. Should it be all the time? possibly not. Yet, you aren’t making the argument for no skill based matching any better by dumpstering on casuals who will be better off playing another game due to it.

My K/D could be higher. I'm sitting at 0.99 or something. Not a fan of my lobbies. I play respawn and it feels like their on a camo grind. They most sit in a few spots on the map and just try to pick people off. I would honestly welcome playing with some bots. Their idea of "Team balancing" doesn't work for me.

It's not so much SBMM that ruins it. If anything that should be seen as an extra layer of protection from hackers.
It's the in game EOMM algorithm that f**ks you over in the middle of a match, combined with Cronus users that are the problem.
That is the most frustrating thing about this game.
cronus doesnt work on ps5 and xbox series. its also banned on pc. what you think is cronus is likely just regular aim assist
@@bladeclanhalo3 only since last weeks update have the Cronus not worked for, I believe PS5 only. However, the update is not mandatory and Cronus users have been advised by the maker not to update their consoles, so there's no guarantee that Cronus 'no longer works' on PS5.

I would say that I am a skilled player. Over time, I drastically improved. My stat may say 1.6, but my performance overall the past 2-3 years, I get 2.8 minimum on the scoreboard.

I'm pretty sure if you go onto a lobby it looks at your charscheters stats so basically so if your bad at the game like me your gonna get noob lobbies but when you are a pro like Marksman all your lobbies are sweat lobbies. If marksman were to play in the lobbies I get put in he would win everytime

As someone who plays much more casually now than i used to, SBMM really is sucky. i would much rather have fully random lobbies than have fun for 5 matches then just hate the game after.
As a casual player myself I rather have sbmm knowing that I can fight people in my own level and improve rather than play randomly with sweats ruining the game against me

yea i agree but if they do that then it limits the amount of players because all the players are divided into to many sections of the game and it doesn't look good for the game if you cant get queues or it it takes forever to get into a game.
i never understand people talking about "try-hards" "sweaty" players I'm in my 40s still play not like in my 20s but at least for my generation sports and video games has always been about competition so you always try to win. so those terms seem to me made up for people who make excuses for not winning. "oh he is trying so hard" "man what a sweat this lobby" I say that while being a just over 1.5kd player i don't mind the hard lobbies and hardly ever winning (BR mode) I only mind all the cheating and hacking that this generation has exploited. That is the real issue for not enjoying a game.

What would bad players get out of being put up against pub stompers? Nobody wants to be in a lobby where 1 or 2 people have 20 kills and everyone else has 4-6 kills. That would only benefit higher skill players who can pick on lower skilled players

People making second accounts to instance join, etc. bad players will always be pooped on by higher skilled players regardless of circumstances. Might as well make it connection based anyways. Still tens of thousands of people within a certain region. Can always block the players who destroy you if you dont want to match against them, or maybe itll help those get better if they want to improve.
