@@sferrin2 A JDAM would have leveled the building. There is a small puff or dirt before the primary rounds hit;markers, meaning there was a spotter who relayed accuracy back to fire control. A JDAM, being dropped by an aircraft wouldn't need this, nor would a GMLRS. It would be overkill to use anything other than a mortar or arti. To me it's either a 107mm mortar round or something larger like a 105mm M119.
