Not just old timers, we had ten acres with two horses and a donkey named Charlie who protected our horses and guarded our land. He was also the greatest entertainer of all time. Hee Haw 😆 We loved him and miss him.
We used to have an old wild one who showed up at our property, and the poor dude sure was rough. Half an ear, and scars on the backs of his legs where something had tried to get his hamstrings. He was tough as hell, and took care of the other animals for years.
everyone does, we have horses and 2 donkeys. I lost count how many coyotes, foxes, badgers and other animals those 2 donkeys have killed protecting the horses
Gee the footage early on of the donkey “attacking” the man in the field they edited judiciously, it was actually trying to mount him for, uhm other reasons.
Dunno where you got your info, but that was actually a clip of a bear attacking that man, and that guy died about a minute after that, because the bear chomped his neck and punctured his jugular.
A lot of animals do it. I've seen a horse kill a sheep by grabbing it and keep hurling it into the air. Keep in mind that a full grown sheep weighs about 160KG. After seeing that I have a greater respect for a horse than I had before.
I don't know about donkeys , but I've encountered some rather large Billy goats that were brutal, more than once got chased down and got a headbutt that felt like it broke ribs or my arm. Black and blue for weeks.
Yup I'm with you guys..... Honey badger / wolverine..... David Attenborough this bloke aint At the end he said a beaver chomped a man to death....he must have had serious wood for that to happen....😁
You're right that bats aren't to blame for Covid-19. That said it's nothing as nefarious as a virus escaped from a lab. It happened because of people eating animals they really don't need to eat.
I was watching a rerun of a show recently from 2011 or 12, and they mentioned the "cause" of the original SARS Virus(75%death rate). It was from a Horseshoe Bat at a Wet Market in China. 😳 The EXACT same reason/excuse give for Covid, a.k.a. SARS 2.0. I don't believe for a minute that Covid came from a Wet Market. They called it a "Novel" Coronavirus, meaning it had never been seen before. How could it be "Novel" and unseen if it's similar to SARS part 1? Something's rotten in the country of China, not Denmark, and methinks its a bat!!
@@ZiddersRooFurry More like it escaped from a lab, because they were working on gene splicing that virus with human DNA at the virology lab across the street from the Wet Market. How hard is it for someone to accidentally get infected, then transmit it at the Wet Market where they shop for dinner? I don't believe that it came from a bat at the Wet Market, or from a "wild" bat.
I had a donkey that lived to be almost 30. I saw him attack three times. Once when a coyote came into the pasture; once when he was riding with my llama in the bed of my pick-up, he went into attack mode and tried to force the llama out onto the road; and once he stomped on my pug. Thank God my pug was not seriously injured. Btw, the "beaver" showing teeth at 5:47 is NOT a beaver. It is a nutria...often mistaken for a beaver.
Donkeys hate most things that resemble a dog. Feral/wild dogs, coyotes, foxes, even wolves. They will give chase/attack with biting/front/back hooves, they also make a lot of noise which can scare off the predator but also alerts the farmer... they're like a pasture alarm system. Dogs could bark at a flippin' squirrel, donkey's are a little bit more discreet lol.
While someone stubs their toes. Then have their nails removed while making them kneel on legos. After mash all their fingers and toes. OOOOPS! My mistake because I thought it was a zebra, but I just was talking about the donkeys. I pet a few of them in Tijuana, Mexico which was my first time to experience meeting and petting them and they were very nice to me. There were lots of their “solid” wastes if you know what I walking about? At that time when I was there with my best friend who we are the American citizens (last time I was there was June 1993), Tijuana really was a very dirty and filthy. Remember that Mexico is a Third World country. A while ago, I watched some videos of Tijuana for fun recently and Oh My God, I couldn’t believe how much Tijuana now looks. Lots of changes around there and so many high rise condominium buildings were built and many new places around Revolution Road where it is located in Downtown Tijuana. It’s because it is probably that the NAFTA has helped Mexico into a great shape country, eh? Last time people in Mexico averaged by getting around $3,000 Mexican peso annually, but after the NAFTA was formed up, they’ve gotten double now compared to the USA, we average getting around $40,000. Oh well…I really wanna come visit Mexico City and Cancun one day.

@@bladeofbattousai that’s better than the idea I had that’s pretty easy to consider
I’ve heard of old timers putting donkeys out with other livestock to protect them. They’ll kill predators.
Thanks... We just saw the video 🙄
everyone does, we have horses and 2 donkeys.
@@squishybrick @ 1:50
Yeah for real. I saw that same video downloading off KaZaa (before Limewire) in the early 2000s. Hilarious asf 🤣🤣
"David Geiger"
Donkey so horny he untied that poor mans belt and took out his pants!
😮 Wow, I had no idea donkeys killed other animals! I learned a lot from this video
A lot of animals do it. I've seen a horse kill a sheep by grabbing it and keep hurling it into the air. Keep in mind that a full grown sheep weighs about 160KG. After seeing that I have a greater respect for a horse than I had before.
@@Kit_Bear OH WOW!! 😳😳
So glad I live on the Canadian prairies. The only critter we have to look out for is the gopher! 😂🇨🇦
Laughs in Australian
@@auroradumar2778 Although, I have recently noticed a few cougars lurking around our cemetery!
Your chances of getting killed by a donkey are low
*But not zero*
😂🤣😶 you have coyotes, Fox, raptors, beavers, cougars, an occasional lynx and huge aggressive mating Elk - lol 😆
@@winnifredforbes1114 Are they digging up the dead to chew on their bones?
Fox: "Hey there, jackass!!"
Donkey: "What the fox did you just call me?!"
Fox: 😱💩
Just leave animals alone is what i get from this 😂😂
B kind to animals !😇
Shrek would be proud!
I don't know about donkeys , but I've encountered some rather large Billy goats that were brutal, more than once got chased down and got a headbutt that felt like it broke ribs or my arm. Black and blue for weeks.
1:50 For those of you who don't know, that in that video the donkey "*isn't* trying to attack that guy. It's trying to mate with him.
Rape*
@@ghostgreen6601 That too!
And while running HIS PANTS FELL DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😱 😨😱 😨😱 😨
My grandmother had a pet raccoon. It stayed outside but on the porch it would sit on my lap and eat chocolates with me. Friendly little guy.
"Homegrown jackasses have been around since 4000 B.C. "
lol
Damn, donkey's are predators.
That would only be if they hunted and killed for food.
No just territorial
Yall don't know the donkeys I've owned. They were mean as hell and always biting my horses.
That second animal caught by the scruff of the neck, by a donkey, was a wolverine.
around 3:45? first I thought it might be a big honeybadger
That's a young Hyena, don't you know how a young Hyena looks?
Nah.honeybadger.
Probably a wolverine,honey badger don’t play that!
Yup I'm with you guys.....
Honey badger / wolverine.....
David Attenborough this bloke aint
At the end he said a beaver chomped a man to death....he must have had serious wood for that to happen....😁
Thanks for the great Donkey, Beaver + video's and only 1 add. I needed a few minutes of happy thoughts.
“Homegrown JackAsses” that destroyed me as We all know a few of those
Imagine your family having to tell people.. you were killed by a beaver..
It's so funny hahaha
what a way to go tho............ eh??
Seeing a Raccoon during the day is very suspicious, could be infected, sick and dangerous !
Had always heard about donkeys and how they protect, saw it for myself now! Great vid.
Donkeys often have to stand alone in the Nature, so fighting is in thier genes
Ok pulling out the monkey teeth was brutal...
“Man…”
“Shrek was so much darker than I remembered”
Donkey: **kills my livestock/pet**
Me:"Your living privileges have been revoked."
My grandma's donkey was very gentle and loved eating carrots. He never once hurt anyone or any animal. He's gone now.
Donkeys are savage af!
"Homegrown jackasses" I immediately thought of myself as a son 😂
Donkeys are like intellectually upgraded horses
Of course that last raccoon was from Florida 😂
Imagine if a Racoon Gets Blamed for starting a Zombie Apocalypse like the Elite tried to blame a Bat for 19
You're right that bats aren't to blame for Covid-19.
You learn something every day i didnt know that about Donkeys
Perfect life lesson, never underestimate a Jackass!!!!!
Thank you for sharing.......
Dogs could bark at a flippin' squirrel, donkey's are a little bit more discreet lol.
dogs won't stay with goats when it gets hot, whereas donkeys are part of her. donkeys must be acclimated to be with others.
The person removing the teeth from that small animal should have their teeth removed the same way....
While someone stubs their toes. Then have their nails removed while making them kneel on legos. After mash all their fingers and toes. After proceed to stab them in non lethal areas while pumping them with adrenaline to prevent them from passing out from the pain. End it all by throwing a tub of acid on them.
This went from donkeys to slow loris real quick
Donkeys are like the Debo of the farmstead. When you see one coming, you better tuck your chain in and put your stuff away.
I like this channel….the narration brings everything to real life…it’s like the thoughts of these animals are …….what’s the word??….My Godness…this is awesome guys keep it up.
I really didn’t realize that the donkeys can be mean especially they kill other animals.
I know there are mean, our donkey liked kicking a lot, but i never knew that they are that agressive.
Forget a guard dog. I'm getting me a guard donkey!
Now I see why that Dragon from Shrek loved the Donkey
Using footage of a man wanting to commit bestiality with a donkey but the donkey had other ideas with that guys backside, that really kills me.
“The woman had to go through 3 weeks of rabies shots” that woman, merideth
This surprises me, every donkey I ever saw in person was super chill.
Ikrrr
Donkeys be clappin' M-effer !
This is why livestock owners always have a few donkeys. They'll go after anything that shouldn't be there, including wolves.
I was just thinking this - so would they be considered an Apex Predator? 🤭
Do you think they could take out a grizzly bear?
2:27 That's not a hyena, that's a honey badger! Unbelievable!
It's murdering an animal that literally takes on lions, that is nuts.
Racoon from Florida: I’m about that life
That second Hyena clip is NOT a Hyena. That's a friggin' WOLVERINE!!!
Sheep farmer here, usually always kept a donkey with the flock. I spoiled Nina and Holly while they were alive, and they helped me protect keep the sheepies safe; I know for a fact they will attack coyotes and foxes, I've seen one get its back completely broken by a pissed off donkey.
How do you train them and establish your dominance?
@@moscuadelendaest oof yeah I’m not too good at that. I’ve had young bulls and coyotes charge at me while attempting to show “dominance”
My unintentional death scream of fear scared them off though. 😅
Didn’t work for my larger intact mountain goat either. He had to go.
It's easy to explain: The donkey is just a bad ass.
Horse:speed
Zebra:camouflage
Donkey:peace is never an option
Bro seeing the donkey play with a honey badger like a doll made me fear donkeys
We ran them in the same pen as our emu. No coyote problem.
Had a ranch in the Texas hill country
While this gives me a flashback when I had a situation with a donkey I didn't know it and it didn't know me but I understood what its body language was all about thank goodness I was smart enough to stay on my side of the fence
"the animal is going, sheesh!" hahahaha
This is the best animal channel out there.
The donkey is really playing with fire with that hyena though and the wolverine.
Obviously the donkey didn't get the memo and flailed them around helplessly like rag dolls anyways🤷🏽♀️

Why did the Christmas Animation movie called “The Star” portray the Donkey as timid against the vicious Dogs ? 🤔
Donkey to cow: You got beef bro?
That's why Donkey was able to make Dragon submit in shrek
I just really didn’t realize that the donkeys can be very mean.
Right! First I've heard of this I seen a buddy get bit bye a horse once and I never knew horses did that until I seen that so... guess u learn something new every day.
Donkeys and also horses can be vicious in attack mode.
Well, the animals can be very nice and friend,y, but when they are with their babies, the mother animals have to become very angry and mean to just protect their babies from predators such as lions, hyenas, and others even zebras because zebras can kill baby zebras, but they don’t eat the plants. Oh well..
