Another super helpful video I’m loving these. I do have a question about that Kegs rotate on Coastline. I’ve never seen it before and it seems like it would be easy to lose control of that spot and would make defending that site tough so what is the best way to defend that position?
If you are a champion gunfighter your set up doesn't matter about defense, it is just about map control. Map control requires gun skills more than anything else so if you can down most people in a 1v1, you will open rotates that get you access to those people faster. If you are close to a 1.0 kd and not at your top rank and early in the season, defense set up is proably much better as you will end up playing against people higher ranked. That specific set up would be for the lobby roamer he was talking about for blue bar. Defending it would be hard, put a tachanka in penthouse with the hatch open
a couple things I would add are, always ban coastline - it is horrid. when making line of sight holes, only do it if you plan on playing it. Think about the rest of your team and what they have to deal with. If you are a silver player in an emerald lobby and you are punching holes everywhere, you will be shot before you see the attacker and they will have control over sight and site. Holes are for gunfights. Also if you are pinging 90 and the other team carry has a 9, avoid all holes, they won't be helpful.
This video isnt helpful. "Thats right a headhole here is good so you can contest obj when you have to retake it". "Thats right, a headhole would be bad becahss the attackers can use it to contest Obj"
sub to my twitch for my charm: www.twitch.tv/garfield
I just love creating head holes as a mira and my teammate walks right up to it and reinforces it
