Hurt is the most underrated NewJeans song. A lot of people outright don’t like it, which is fair. It is their slowest song but getting a song that starts off slow and stays slow throughout with minimal production is a rarity in kpop. Again, it’s all up to taste. But I do enjoy Hurt for what it is and makes NewJeans’ discography that much better.

i feel for supernatural it would be the kinda early part. where nwjns goes "i dont know what we've done" " 되돌아가긴 싫어 もう知っている". These lines really demonstrate the clean finish from english, to korean, to japanese, and really highlight newjeans vocal talent!! anyway this is just my opinion, i would like to hear yours!!

for bubble gum, the part that always gets stuck in my head is “you're so delicate, 거품 속에 숨었네, uh - uh - uh - uh oh, you make my heart melt away, you're a softie, 구름 같아 이건 말로 설명 못해, you got me, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh” and for how sweet it’s the last few lines of the song that get stuck in my head, “toxic lovaaaa ur no bettaaa, 거기 숨지 말고 얼른 나와 you little demon in my storyline, don't knock on my door, i'll see you out” ITS SO CATCHY OMG!! let’s not forget about the part that’s always stuck in my head in hype boy “i just want you, call my phone right now. i just wanna hear ur mine” OMGGGG 💗💗💗
i'm deciding if i want to continue to be a stan. the run they had from hype boy to cool with you was insane but their new stuff doesn't feel as inspired.
