Hearing the voice would defy the point of a karaoke. If you want to hear the actual vocals, search for a video with Frank Sinatra actually singing it.

Just a note, the lyrics are kinda off in some points. Not entirely "re-do it all" things, just small grammar issues that were not in the song.

Despite the above claims by the poster of this music, it sounds to me like whoever put this together took the Nelson Riddle arrangement recorded by Mr. Sinatra and ran it through some software package that failed to remove all the vocal track(s) because of an incompatibility between the way the song was recorded and what the software was programmed for. Compare "Frank Sinatra - The Way You Look Tonight (Lyrics)" posted by TheKillerC94 and decide for yourself.

If you are singing over the faint vocal track no one will hear that part. I actually find it to be a nice reference cue if needed for phrasing, etc.

While what you say is may be true and good enough for your private use, this misses my point. The poster of this vocal track says it is NOT the actual Frank Sinatra singing that you faintly hear. The claim is false. After listening a few times it is easy enough to know where the lyrics fit in with the instrumental background music and you will probably change what you want to do with the song anyway and someone with decent hearing will then hear Mr. Sinatra's voice. That might not bother you but I wouldn't want it.
+Kevin Naranek All I need a background track that is useful for vocal warm-ups as someone has already suggested. Don't be a perfectionist otherwise hire your own band.

This is not not the original, Madame. It is a close synthesis, however. That voice is an intentionally-added guide, and not Sinatra.
They have the vocals for people who want to make sure they're not singing the song wrong. So if you don't like it go find a karaoke without vocals and keep your negative fucking comments to yourselves.
