He's back....... What's your opinion of the aeropress Cory? You being a bit of a coffee connoisseur..
I love it! As long as the beans are good, temperature is solid, and the press is timed right, it's a really good cup for sure. I think I like the roundness of the Chemex pour a bit better but overall it's great.
@@corydhmiller I have one as well, but I didn't go all in with the scales & temperature probe. Not yet anyway.

It's a whole mess of a thing, hard to explain in short ways. We've got a solicitor helping us out and team members directing us in the right ways. Hopefully it turns out well :)
