Regarding missing weight and fines, the only relevant word that isn't brought up by anyone is **context.** No situation is the same, should someone who drops in last minute get fined the same as someone who had a 12-week camp to make weight? No matter the context? GTFO with that binary thinking. Define some missing-weight standards > then choose a fine-percentage based on that. For example: **Short notice :** - 48 hours ~10% - 1 week ~ 20% - 2 weeks ~ 30% - 3 weeks ~ 40% - 4 weeks ~50% - 4+ weeks ~75% And if any fighter misses more than 5lbs, they get fined an extra 10% per pound. This type of penalty system is easy to implement, and it would immediately make everyone take it more seriously. Don't forget, when someone drops in last minute, they also give the opponent an _opportunity_ to: 1. Do the job that they trained 3 months for. 2. Get a win bonus. 3. Get a performance bonus (50k) which could change their life. So how about approaching the issue a bit more rationally?

Regarding missing weight and fines, the only relevant word that isn't brought up by anyone is **context.**
No situation is the same, should someone who drops in last minute get fined the same as someone who had a 12-week camp to make weight? No matter the context? GTFO with that binary thinking. Define some missing-weight standards > then choose a fine-percentage based on that. For example:
**Short notice :**
- 48 hours ~10%
- 1 week ~ 20%
- 2 weeks ~ 30%
- 3 weeks ~ 40%
- 4 weeks ~50%
- 4+ weeks ~75%
And if any fighter misses more than 5lbs, they get fined an extra 10% per pound.
This type of penalty system is easy to implement, and it would immediately make everyone take it more seriously.
Don't forget, when someone drops in last minute, they also give the opponent an _opportunity_ to:
1. Do the job that they trained 3 months for.
2. Get a win bonus.
3. Get a performance bonus (50k) which could change their life.
So how about approaching the issue a bit more rationally?

He was out skilled. Couldn’t find range, Izzy wasn’t biting at his faints, and was too fast for him. It’s like if me or you fight anybody on the UFC we would be very doubtful of our actions against someone more skilled.

The man wanted multiple fights anyone who had a bit of a buzz that called him out in the past he said he'd fight. You haters just focusing on what you can hate on. So much out of character in Costa's plan. Wrong strategy. He should have gone forward and pressured izzy. He got stuck with the gas tank issue in the later round. Wrong plan. If he cracked 1 shot atleast izzy would have stepped back like he done it for yoel. Anyways not at all expected from coasta. One should play his natural game as they used to be like that.

How I see it, the tactics that won him those 13 fights to get here, were thrown out of the window..Didn't commit even once, going back out was the biggest mistake he could do, after he got close..it actually looked like Izzy is stronger, lol. Maybe just drained..I don't know. Also on walking to the octagon, you could see Costa very nervous..but Izzy looked chill asf :D
@@AlenPesec true. He was mentally reserving himself for later rounds that costed him so much. Once izzy noticed that coasta is not rushing him he got the confidence. One shot would have kept izzy at bay. Overall it is the worst performance of coasta.
