Great question. How to define "center of a face" would be my main question. If a UV (0.5,0.5) is sufficient, then you could certainly include an Algorithmic Feature in your Feature Template that can pick up this location (and perhaps drive the rotation vector) to create some attachment geometry on which to hang other content in your Feature Template. That's the first method that come to mind... but as usual with NX, there are often five or six ways to skin the proverbial cat. :-) Does that help?
Can I have a template be placed on the center of a face all the time without input from the user, and maybe a vector for rotation?
