At the company that is over the dance school I go to, the trainees pay tuition and take company class, rehearsals with the company and are in all company productions, but then trainees also take almost all of the advanced level classes and are in all student productions as well. The company and academy are very interlinked where I dance.

I am not a ballet dancer, but I work as a contemporary dancer and tap dancer in London and around Europe and I started full time training at 18 only
I'm 21 and wondering the same lol... I've had no experience tho
