Their love wasn't that deep tho otherwise he would have saved yeonwoo or at least tell manwol the truth, he was bound by his selfishness too and was only waiting as a promise he made during the time of his death

His acting is wonderful and he's handsome but not once did I root for him when it came to Manwol. mentally, I understood why she fell for him but I felt absolutely nothing when they kissed... Side note: Sanchez was cast perfectly.
The only way he can hug her for the last time is by welcoming her sword, why it has to be this this sad? His soul wandered around her for one millennium wo her knowing that, His character is the most tragic one for me...
iu has portrayed man wol's character so well. So did lee dohyun as chung myung. Im really amazed by his acting skills. At first he was flirtatious but mesmerized by man wol, then he started to like her which turned to love. And his helplessness and regret. Then sadness and love for manwol everything was acted and showed so perfectly by lee dohyun. The love and sadness in the way hr talked when he was dying really got to me. He need appreciation for acting so well.
As much as I like Ku Chan Sung with Man Weol..I feel the same towards Chung Myung. He deserves to be happy too..He did everything for her. Writernim why didn’t you give him a happy ending for his love story😭😭😭
Hmm, the way i see it.. Considering their statuses (1x ghost, 1x wandering non-ghost and 1x human), I cant think of any "happy" ending in any form without bending universe rules. At least he made peace with Man Wol before he left, so that for me was good enough.

This guy is a really brilliant actor. I mean to influence the audience like that and be impactful when you are the second lead. Even though I love the main lead, I respect this guy as well. And people have to understand that KU Chan Song was a ray of sunshine in Man woel's life after a 1000 years. Their story was completely different from this.
At the first place, I thought Chung Myung was Chan Sung's past life but when I've realized the fireflies are Chung Myung! I was mind blowned, who knew that fireflies were Chung Myung, that's a genius!
I really wanted them to be together until the end, they have better love story and sadly it was tragic and sad. They have better chemistry than chan sung. Chung myung is the second leading man but the first love og leading lady, that we cant have.

I go for Man Weol-Chung Myung loveteam too. For me, Chan Sung is like a life lesson for Man weol that's why I can't really focus on the romantic chemistry they have. He's like a time machine that keeps Man Weol reminded of the past and bit by bit learn from them. Unlike Chung Myung where we saw their happy and tragic memories of them as a couple. We already developed the Man Weol-Chung Myung loveteam so it's already hard to put someone new in the picture when all througout the episodes they keep on flashbacking to the past because that's what is Man Weol's final task. To remember her sin. And until the very end there is Chung Myung waiting for Man Weol.
My heart went to him more than Chan Seong. Their story goes back so far and he did nothing but protect and stay by her side for all those years. Wish they had more scenes together.

I really wanted them to be together until the end, they have better love story and sadly it was tragic and sad. They have better chemistry than chan sung. Chung myung is the second leading man but the first love og leading lady, that we cant have.

For me, Chan Sung is like a life lesson for Man weol that's why I can't really focus on the romantic chemistry they have. He's like a time machine that keeps Man Weol reminded of the past and bit by bit learn from them. Unlike Chung Myung where we saw their happy and tragic memories of them as a couple. We already developed the Man Weol-Chung Myung loveteam so it's already hard to put someone new in the picture when all througout the episodes they keep on flashbacking to the past because that's what is Man Weol's final task.
