This is the greatest performance of this sing i think i have ever heard and she only sang half of it. Unbelievable.
I cut out the second part where Taylor Beckham sings because with all do respect to her i think Danielle deserves her own video because of how perfect of a singer she really is. She truly has one of the most amazing voices i have ever heard and she is in fact my pick to win it all this year.
She's like young version of Carrie Underwood, this cover of "Jesus take the wheel" is the best I've ever heard. She should singing and writing similar songs to Carrie, because her voice is as good as Carrie's voice.

Yeah, of course, I love Carrie and I know that nobody can't beat her but that was only example. I mean country music, country songs about ballads, about love and about God, you know.
Personally , I like Danielle singing this song way better then carrie. softer and not so much force with her voice! Love you Danielle!!!!

No theatrics, no put on, just straight up, no frills, great singing and honest delivery. My all time favorite, from any of these type shows and right up there with lifetime, female favorites, Karen Carpenter, Marilyn McCoo. and a few others.

+Katie Slaven Effortless is usually a compliment- some singers sound like they're trying too hard, which doesn't sound good. Danielle sounding effortless means that even though she put in a lot of work in on the Voice, she doesn't let it affect the quality of her performance.

I am happy, Danielle won "Voice". The problem, I have is media calling her the next Carrie Underwood. Why do they do that. Why put all that pressure on her. She was a teenager, let her mature. She won't match Carrie's power. There isn't any female artist that can.
We're going tohave to agree to disagree on this, Carrie has an awesome voice but bothe Martina and Sara Evans can match her.

Maye singing together I would buy your argument, but I have seen all 3 sing live multiple times and I see no difference in their power. And I have seen all 3 sing Stand by your Man and their power at the end is equal.
Lenny Murray Carrie just has more power in reserve, she doesn't use it all the time. I think Martina knows how much power Carrie has. Sara knows it, too. Carrie has earned that much respect from them. They just don't show in public.
when they say that their not saying that she's gonna be just like them. it's saying she has a lot in her family that reminds them of Carrie.
there aren't many covers in the world that are better than the original but I think this may be 1 of them that is!!

I'll add my 2 cents worth. I may be a little prejudiced. Shelby seems to have a little more power and is very good, but Danielle has the tone, the straight up, simple, no frills voice quality, much like Karen Carpenter and the ability to reel you in and rivet your attention, from the start. For this season, Shelby is one of my top 4 favorites, but she, more than likely, won't win, as much as I like her singing.

Danielle's more than comfortable singing this song as its her favorite song to sing live. She was a bit nervous during this performance though under the bright lights and cameras.
