    Great ideas to incorporate the Bosu into TRX. What I know about TRX is that you get better results if you use slow and controled movements both extending and retracting. Some of the movements in the video are quicker than they should be. But, I am excited to try the workout! Thanks for putting it out there!

      Usually it's hard to go slowly when using a BOSU ball. Your body is fighting for balance and stability on the BOSU ball. But you can definitely go slower just using TRX without a BOSU ball. Thank you for trying the workout!!!
