- In this video, I FULL SEND the Outty but realized very quickly that it NEEDS clutches! As you can see, it was bogging when I hit the THICK mud! Clutches make a world a difference. I have 20x33s on my 850 with the stm rage 3 primary and a “white” spring kit in the secondary but I’m going to get the stm secondary soon. It will skim on the 33s though.

Definitely need to swap out your clutches for a CVTech Primary and an STM Secondary. Makes it a whole new machine

cant decide between a rubicon 520 or a xmr 850
gear driven 520 will last you forever but will never have the power of a Rotax 850
Almost bought the 520 myself but for alittle more cash you can get so much more Quad with the xmr
520 for reliability and 850 for power!
I can’t decide if I want a 850 outlander or a 1000 renegade
If you don't mind getting soaked get the renegade....

I have the 1000 outlander I like having the extra room with long wheelbase cause my wife rides with me. Doesn't wheelie as good as a 850 but it does just fine in water
