dude, sometimes your creativity blows me away! intro reminds me of a riff from sunny day real estate ’roses in water’.
Man I had a Volante and loved it so much, especially with switching the speeds, it added so much into everything. You definitely make me wanna get it again as a studio production tool
It's such a great pedal!
The REC LEVEL is the input gain, you could increase and adjust the ECHO LEVEL and I think it would increase the repeats levels higher with higher input. Nice video. Great pedal.
BRILLIANT DEMO ⭐️🌞👍🏻. I got this unit, now I just need the time to enjoy it. 😫👊😉🤣⭐️🌞
Great demo!
Excellent! Thanks.
Lately in the studio: How many tape modulation and mechanical elements like splices do you want to have on your delay?
Me: Yes O____o
OMG you make me want a Volante too
It’s a fun one!
Hey! Here again for a volante question: Could it be that the spring reverb is in mono? Also, the looper is in mono, is this a dealbreaker or does it still sound good?
Not sure about the reverb, but yes the looper is mono. I think the looper is super fun with all the speed control/delay tap controls options for each layer. Up to you if it’s a dealbreaker!
Sounds great!
Thanks Nathan!
Man what settings are you using on the ACS1? Sounds killer
Just the factory blue preset (Vox model) with room set to 0. Everything else at noon.
I would say I am sold on the volante but if I think twice, actually I am not sure if in reality I am just sold on your musical performance in this video... Superb playing and absolutely creative ways to use the pitch shifting!
I believe the Meris hedra would be absolute gold in your hands, probably give it a shot, that demo would be a masterpiece if you lay down the same creativity as in this video! Check Pedalzones video on the hedra (particularly last jam at min 11: ua-cam.com/video/YwvySH0YjYI/v-deo.html
How did you make the reverb drip! Please enlighten me.
Hold on, I see that you have the echo level maxed out? Does that mean the delay level doesn’t get louder than that? Here we are far off a 100%wet setting, more like 50 50 which to me ain’t enough
Ever had issues in regards to the delay not being loud enough?
Yeah, I usually have Echo Level maxed and it’s about 50/50. If you’re looking to get 100% wet there is an option to kill dry but you have to set that on power up, so it’s not easy to switch between settings.
@@DougHanson Is that a dealbreaker? Do you have the feeling that the echo isn’t loud enough at times?
I dont rely on it as a crutch since I have a timeline but it is sorta stupid since they had the mix allready nailed.... basically like the immerse mk 1... Then on the other hand on a real binson you could also not get beyond 50% wet or am I wrong there?
When you change speeds using MIDI via your Morningstar, what exactly are you doing? Sending a CC# to the Volante that corresponds to the type of speed change you want? Is the switch in momentary mode? I'm hoping I can do something like this with my Boss ES-8.
Yep, sending CC to Volante. All of the CC#s are listed in the Volante manual. I didn’t set it up for momentary but that is a possibility with the MC8.
Great demo!
