Icom R30 vs. R15 on Weak NOAA Channels

A comparison between the Icom R30 and the new Icom R15 on weak NOAA radio transmitters as heard from the Hudson Valley, New York. Both receivers were hooked up to the same antenna, but not at the same exact time for this test. The audio was pulled directly from the MicroSD cards on both receivers.

I've got the r6, and it receives so much more, including shortwave. I'm in New Hampshire, and, from my home, I can receive stations from Italy, France, Korea, China, central American countries, and many others from time to time. And all NOAA stations except 1.
