While I have some interest in Dissly as a sleeper too, didn't the Chargers bring him in because of his blocking? I think they intend to use him more in-line with Hurst more as a receiver, but I am monitoring him since he'll probably be the starter and Hurst didn't look great last year.
Well you Harbaugh needs that blocking, but he’ll be on the field and has proven to be a reliable pass catcher when healthy, and he’s less than free so zero risk involved

You say his adp is sliding but you aren't taking him over Mahomes, Allen, Stroud, Hurts, or Lamar. So now we're in his adp range. That doesn't make him a buy. Especially with his injury history. He hasn't dropped because people don't think he can put up the numbers he has in the past, but more so because other guys have moved up. Also, you even showed his startup adp at 1.07. That right there tells you he isn't being undervalued. That's not a "buy"
