The quality on this bike looks the business! At least that's what I can see. Also great to see proper brands components here. The range is simply awesome as well. It's great to see they have actually made an effort to make a well rounded bike. Appreciate the reviews and great content Chris Sir. 🙂✌👍
Good to see for once a proper brand motor like Bafang. Still I think rear motor hubs are the best option less strain and tension on your chain and gears. But overall I like the look of this one Chris. Thanks for brining us these reviews in sunny Spain. Meanwhile it's raining again here at least it's not cold yet!
Yes mid drive is harder on the chain and puts more pressure on it but I think only if you're not using the gears correctly. I see a lot of people with electric bikes don't bother changing down gears to start off. That's pretty hard on the chains.
Great review as always! This model Chris seems like of on the best you have covered. Mid-drive Bafang motor, Samsung battery pack, it all checks out right? This would be perfect for those long rides where that extra range comes into play. No app so no communication to CCP data mininmg. Where model of Kenda tyre does it use? I notice there seems to be another model of the bike without hydralic brakes.
Great review, just few of questions as considering this for my 5ft 2" wife! 1) lowest seat height? 2) distance from top of seat tube to steerer tube? 3) throttle or facility to fit? 4) how quickly does motor respond to leg force and is it easy or hard to get the motor going? 5) can the 15.5mph be adjusted or increased via the display settings 6) do brakes cut motor power? Talking and scrolling through the display options would be a very interesting and a great improvement, thanks again👍
I bought a Tenways AGO X a few months ago. This Eskute seems to me to be a step down in most aspects (except battery capacity!) but then with the price point of 1700 euros I'm seeing for it, it looks like a great deal.
Hi, you mention there's rings here where you put on the top to higher the handle bars, Where are the rings, I just bought this model and I haven't seen any rings. Can you explain where or how the higher ING of the bars is achieved.

All I can see is Kenda and the size on the sidewall. Not sure the model sorry! I didn't realise there is a model without hydraulic brakes.

Check description. It was on sale for around 1600€
All it needs is XT gear set from Shimano!
That would be great but also push up the price.

Are you going to do Flip 5 Review?
No plans to buy it sorry.
Accolmile 700c or polluno pro??
Both very good but this is the one to get. A very good bike!
Price?
IS the motor wattage mark on the motor?
It is yes.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you!!
Do you know if those are self sealing tires???
Road tires standard not self sealing.
Can you tell me the weight of the bike please
19 kilos
Seems weird, the accolmile 700c takes atleast 130km++ and has 15AH. Is the Eskute a bit heavier than the accolmile?
I little bit yes. Either way both are 100km range ebikes if you use lower levels.
mature or very polished. turns out I was right, the price is £1,799.00.
Right now here in Europe its' a little cheaper around 1600 euros they have a discount at the moment.
Down to £1500 now. Less if that code still works.
Down to £1400 with code eskute100
I'm still waiting after 3 months for a replacement battery for my Eskute Polluno City Bike. Beware!
