The little bit of whipping up and down and current movement of braided steel is responsible for more bites than not from my experience.

    2 questions on copper
1 what method are you joining backing and leader to you copper Spro swivel or knot and if a knot what knot do you prefer?
2 I have been using the Sam’s pro releases on my boards and have trouble with the braid cutting into the rubber on the pin. Are the rubbers available and what do you think I’m doing incorrectly?
Great info to compare notes with in you videos!
    Thanks CJ

Is the Bloodrun weighted steel a multistrand wire or a single strand type? I've been using Masons 30lb and 45lb multistrand wire for many years and was wondering if you know the how the diameters and "springiness" of the Bloodrun compares with the Mason stuff for how it behaves on the reel? Thanks and best regards, Andrew

In a pinch, the OR12 can pull a 300’ copper. Especially when you leave the maga in the truck😆
