HI nice video. my kozy heat chaska pilot works and it is in CPI mode. We had some light snow, cold and high winds for a few days. The pilot was on but the flame only would stay on and reflect a blue flame for 5-10 seconds. Nothing has changed. Today the high winds stopped and still same issue. The service team where I bought it blamed the winds. The cap on the roof looks the exact same and no birds or any can get in. it has the intake and outtake flexible pipes and they go up about 2.5 stories out the roof. Any ideas what it could be? would appreciate it thanks!
