i got that $100 one, works a treat, got mine a bit cheaper... had a coupon lol I lift from the other side, I find its easier to lower it onto the kickstand
Really nice for a $100! I went ahead and ordered the Atlas Hi Rise 1500, I will get use out of it, I have tractors, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, and the road glide. And it will make a nice adjustable work bench / welding table when it is empty. Check it out when ya start researching tables.
cool lift, best part is now "i can work on the bike like a gentleman" lol FINALLY I get to be a Gentelman! $100 well spent brother. Good to see ya man!
I used the same jack for years....I use it for maintenance and to lift the bike off fs ground over winter. If u use it over winter tie the bike down it has designated hooks for it. Also don't rely on the hydraulics use the safety latches.
From what I can tell, it's basically the old Craftsman MC Lift. Funny, but decades ago when I bought one I waited until SEARS had their big Tool Sale. Every year they would drop the price from $150 to $100. Same as you paid in 2020, lol!
Good clear video. Are these stands okay to store a bike on over a Canadian winter? I could save a little space if it stood upright and pushed into a corner.
Yes, get the HF(Pittsburgh) FULL lift for approx. $450. Go on-line and always get and use coupons. I bought the " gray colored" front wheel chock (approx $30.0), replaced the red one on lift. Best upgrade, I bought the HF gold colored " hand-crank- winch" (boat trailer type approx $35.0). Mounted to left of front wheel chock, on lift. I'm 70 and weak. Hook winch to bike (was broke, not running). My wife cranked bike up ramp on to lift as I sat on and guided into chock. Works perfect. Then you buy a small (rectangular) "scissor" type jack to use on lift. Your $100.0 Jack might be too big on lift? Your vids are great. Informative and to the point, no corny angles! ✔🇺🇸
Nice review. I have the same Jack and it’s great. Lifts my 16 Street Glide with easy. (I used a store coupon and got it for 80 bucks + tax. Jump on Harbor Freight’s email listing to receive them).
I have 2 bikes and 2 lifts and they work great. There are hooks on both sides so you can tie-down and secure your bike to the lift. Hook the strap on one side, bring the strap over the bike at the seat and hook the strap on the other side then ratchet the strap tight. 👍✌
John, this is the second or third video I've seen you wearing that hat (the Harley Hat). Where did you get it? I cant seem to find it anywhere!! Enjoy your videos
does this lift work for adv/sportbikes? I have a kawasaki versys and the frame of the bike is more round, so I'm afraid it will hold steady. I can't find any vids on YT with this stand and other type of bikes.
I'm definitely in the market for a lift. Too old and fat to be rolling around on the floor trying to work on my RK. Will this lift allow you to access the fluid drain holes?
I bought the one you didn't buy. Got it on sale for $139. It works great as well.
I had a buddy that had that jack. Don't forget to strap it to the lift, He didn't and it fell over. Looks nice for cleaning.

I have two of the same jacks for each of my bikes. I put the bikes on the jack during the winter so I don’t have to rotate the tires.
Great tip John. That lift, for that price, is all you need. Thanks for sharing. Ride Safe Brother😎

Got the Same one.I’ve had it for About 2 Years with no Problems!! 👍👍👍👍👍
I have this lift and it definitely serves a purpose. Once I got a Titan table, I rarely use this one anymore though. Good video!

always jack from the other side for safety,if it every decides to fall it will get the kick stand.
I wunder if a dolly would fit under or between the jack to roll the bike around
You didn’t show us lowering the bike. I heard that was an issue with that lift.
Got one of these from harbor Freight for my 2006 Softail. Love the lift works great for me.
I bought this same lift around the same time you did, it works great.

I almost have it ... but I saw it made in China.... I’m Chinese I’m not really trust they used the good material... but also hopefully it works .
Nice review in need a lift for my ultra. That's the best price I have seen! Looks like decent quality for the price.

Looks like Carhartt. $20.00.
Online or any place that sells that brand.
Nice video. Where did you get the luggage rack with the USAF logo? Retired AF here and I would like to get one as well. Thanks!
Good vid John, now you can get them hard to reach places underneath.
My suggestion would be to lift the bike opposite the stand in case it slides off while lifting, the stand will save the bike.
Thanks, I had my doubts but you convinced me! If it’s good enough for Silverback John from NJ then it’s good enough for Goldwing Mike from NY. Subbed!
the editions would not be wide enough for me. if the Harley slips a little while working, it falls down. The jack is also available with wider struts.
Great review John. I have the same one for my road king. You should have printed out the coupon! Lol. Got mine for $85.
Whats the coupon?
Good choice brother I have the same one great for what we need it for!!👍🇺🇸😎
As long as you strap it down u can move it around while it's on the jack with no problem what so ever
Can you change the oil w the bike on the lift? Oil pan fit?
Hey John, I have the same jack. It works out just fine. Great for cleaning wheels.
Is there room to drain all the fluids with that jack for a 3 hole change?
Yes
Great share Fam
You've got to strap the bike when it's on the jack. Don't risk it, you may not get a second chance.
Stay safe man 👍
Sydney Australia
How are you going to change the oil with the jack in the way

I always love your videos
Great lift for the money I have the same for my 2020 fxdrs 👍👍👍

Looks good not bulky I like it 👍🏾 & that bike is sinister John keep up the great videos & say hello to Sandy for me. Peace ✌🏾
Nice ride bro! What are those covers on your highway bar? I want some
Cycle Fanatics, thanks for the bike lift info. On my way to Harbor Freight.
Beautiful car buddy
Great timing on this video John, I need a jack and now I know which one I am going to pick up 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you for your share .... it looks working great 👍
You’re lifting it on the wrong side....the kick stand should be on the opposite side in case of a fall...
I have the $100 one and it’s great!
Looks like the lift matches your bike as far as color.
Good job.. Silverback..👍😊👍
Does HB sell anything that doesn't come from China?
That’s cool.
Thanks for the video! GR8 info 2 know!
Sick bike!
Try lifting from right side of bike, also i heard the 180 dollar jack design is unstable
I always lift bike from the other side
Looks like you need a lift to put the lift together
Haaa, friggin saddle brook harbor freight. Stop at matsuya across the st, get the crab coconut dip & chips at the bar. Stuffs friggin magical.
What brand is your sissy bar?
Actually you are incorrect. The lift is designed to slide under the opposite side of the side stand
Lifetime warranty on Jack
Btw.... North Alabama here
