- Hey guys, hope you're all doing well and are having a lovely day, evening or night! Today I'm doing a long requested Afghan food feast! The menu includes Afghan rice which is called qabili palau, kofta korma which is basically a meatball curry, some chicken kebabs, spinach as well as some mantu which is Afghan dumplings, topped with minced meat and yoghurt. Hey Bro! I have never seen or encountered Afghan food! But it looks so delicious! You are really giving us a taste of the world. This cuisine really looks to be packed full of flavor...I also see what looks to be raisins or dates (maybe) in the rice dish. I know it's hitting a lot of flavor notes.
