TINH TUC (CAO BANG) - NURSING HOME WITHOUT WALLS| DOCUMENTARY| THINGS ON THE ROAD

I stumbled across this village Tinh Tuc on a rainy afternoon in May. It was an afternoon like in a movie when I drove to this old town with subsidized houses, sinking in the dreamlike rain. Very impressed with that gloomy atmosphere, I told myself to come back here to learn more about this town- A forgotten town, so I came back.
I have met and talked to many people there. While some people are okay with growing old, many feel stuck. The conditional people have gone long ago. The one who stay, would have left if they have chance. I feel like this is a Nursing Home without walls. However happiness still exists in that place, where the people of the mines are still looking forward to returning.
